Under the guidance of education informationization and the new chemistry curriculum reform concept,teachers' informationization level is constantly improving,and 3D animation resources are increasingly used in teaching.However,the development and application of 3D animation in high school chemistry is still in the development stage.The multimedia resources for teaching in Tibetan areas are relatively scarce,the existing high school chemistry 3D animation is difficult to meet the daily teaching needs of Tibetan teachers.In Tibetan high school chemistry teaching,the naming of chemical substances in Tibetan is complicated,and it is difficult for students to understand directly.There is a lack of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual 3D animation resources that meet the actual needs of Tibetan high school chemistry teaching,teachers also have technical difficulties in making resources independently.In order to promote the integration of information technology and high school chemistry teaching in Tibetan areas,help Tibetan students better understand chemistry knowledge,improve the teaching efficiency and information-based teaching level of high school chemistry teachers in Tibetan areas,based on field investigations,this article proposes topics for research on development and application of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual 3D animation in high school chemistry teaching in Tibetan areas based on problems in multimedia teaching in Tibetan areas.Under the guidance of relevant pedagogical theories,combined with the actual conditions in Tibetan areas,the seven development principles,four development strategies,and four-step development processes for Tibetan-Chinese bilingual three-dimensional animation are proposed for Tibetan high school chemistry teaching.The development process is introduced in detail with specific Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching cases of high school chemistry,which provides operable development guidance for Tibetan teachers to independently develop teaching resources.Finally,it was applied to high school chemistry teaching in Tibetan area,and the application environment and survey results were explained and analyzed.The application results of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual 3D animation in high school chemistry teaching in Tibetan areas shows that the application of this Tibetan-Chinese bilingual 3D animation resource is very convenient and relatively easy to develop,and it can promote the effective transfer of related chemical knowledge,improve the learning interest of Tibetan students and teaching efficiency of teachers,and play a role in assisting high school chemistry teaching in Tibetan areas.The development method provided by this study gives Tibetan teachers the possibility of resource development,and provides help for Tibetan chemistry teachers to use modern information technology to develop teaching resources.
