Since the introduction of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education policy,local governments at all levels in Tibet have vigorously carried out Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education,which forms a integrated Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education system from primary schools to universities.And it also trains a large number of excellent Tibetan-Chinese bilingual talents who are the backbones of the development of economy,culture and education development in Tibetan areas.As a result,the Tibetan area has achieved leapfrog development in all aspects,but there is still a big gap between the developed regions,national average level and Tibetan region.The main reason that restricts the overall development of Tibetan area is education.At the 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi proposed that “In order to realize the great dream of China's revival,it is important to lead the whole Party and the people of all nationalities and continue to strive for the realization of the dream of China's revival.” Yushu,located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,is the core area of the Three Rivers Source of the China Water Tower.Since the earthquake in 2010,the hardware facilities have a great-leap-forward development with the support and help of the people of the whole country.However,the software is still in a backward state,for the reason that Yushu is short of the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual talents.Therefore,it is an urgent matter to train the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual talents and improve the quality of Yushu education.Physics,as a basic subject of natural science,which can cultivate people's scientific literacy and logical thinking ability.it plays an important role in the whole basic education.The uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis to investigate the current situation of physics bilingual teaching in five middle schools in Yushu.The research points are the teaching conditions,teacher training,teachers' and students' problems in physics bilingual teaching in middle schools.Finally,the author analyzes the data by SPSS and Excel to understand the reasons that affect the quality of physics teaching in Yushu state.In addition,the author puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems existing in Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching of physics in Yushu Middle School to improve the educational quality of Yushu.
