Globally, with the rapid development of society, economy, and culture, people attach more importance to children’s healthy growth and their development. As more and more researches are done on the early education, more and more people begin to pay attention to it. And parents accept and use it to cultivate and educate their children, so as to lay a good foundation for the development of children and even their whole life. This paper will take early education and human development as the breakthrough point to explore the relationship between the two parts and the implementary way for people’s development through early education, in order to remind people that they should use the early education properly and promote the development of people scientifically, and call for the whole society to attach great importance to the early education and the development of people.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts: the first part discusses the early education and its theoretical basis., The essay discusses these three parts: the meaning of early education,thoughts, theoretical basis. First of all, through the distinction between early childhood education, pre-school education, early education, the passage clarifies the meaning of early education. Then it talks about the object, purpose, content, and the way individually; and next, the paper expounds the important thoughts of early education in ancient China and western countries, expressing the idea of early education in details; finally, it analyzes the theoretical basis of early education by combining the two aspects of physiology and psychology basis.The second part explains the development of people and the main factors that influence it. This paper discuss the meaning and the content of the human development. Then it analyses the main factors that influence the development of people, including heredity, environment, education, and finally it specially discusses the meaning of child development and points out that : in this paper,we study the influence of the early education on children’s development and their whole life.The third part analyzes the significance of early education to the people’s development. This Article discusses the relationship between the early education and the five aspects by talking about the physical, psychological, intellectual, moral quality, ability to adapt these five aspects, using theoretical interpretation and case analysis these two methods, and probes into the important of early education for the development of people.The forth part introduces the implementary approach of early education for people’s development. According to the article: family is the basis of early education, and it discusses the function of the family education. It also analyzes the main task of the early family education and some problems that should be cared. School is the main part of the early education. Here the school refers to the kindergarten and discusses its dominate position of early education, analyzing the target of early kindergarten education, putting forward to using the home cooperation, to promote the early education jointly, so as to make children grow healthily and get comprehensive development. Early education can not be divided from society. Society is an important part of early education. And the article then analyzes the society including the influence of the early education institutions and the social environment on the early education. People should pay attention to social factors and use them properly.The fifth part discusses the early education should be treated correctly to promote people’s development scientifically. This paper first presents to overcome the misunderstanding in the early education, analyzing and rejecting the five constant pitfalls. It proposes that people should respect children’s all-round development and free development right. Then it puts forward the idea that the content and form of early education should be various. This paper expounds the content and the form that are often used; And later it last call for the whole society to attach great importance to the early education, and it considers that the early education is not only an important way to promote the children’s potential development but also the highest beneficial education, and at the same time it is the foundation of reinvigorating China through human resource strategy.
