Important biological concepts are disciplines of knowledge enrichment throughout the biology; it is subject to a large number of facts of nature interpretation and induction; it is the main line of textbook writing and arrangement; it is the highest goal of classroom teaching; it is a representation of pushing common phenomenon in real life to the principle of theory. The implementation of teachers’ teaching strategies helps students form important biological concepts. It plays an important role for the students to continue to learn and improve biological science literacy, as well as implement the ideas of curriculum reform..This research mainly adopts literature research, investigation, interview, case studies and teaching strategies for important concepts of junior middle school biology teaching. The main idea of this study is to raise the issue of teaching experience, based on relevant information obtained through the surveys and interviews to understand t he status of important concepts, and then propose a solution to the problem, and show the typical teaching case on promoting the construction of important biological co ncepts.In this study, based on the research background and progress at home and abroad, summarize important biological concepts, formation process and influencing factors, elaborate the research related to the theory of constructivism and meaningful theor y, important biological teaching strategy to develop guidance.Second, prepare survey questionnaires and interview questionnaires about important concepts of biology teaching at junior middle school. The results showed that teaching biological concepts in Q ixia is not optimistic, needs to be improved. The main problem is that biology teachers are lack of effective teaching strategies of important concepts. Besides, they choose teaching strategies more casually because they are lack of theoretical guidance.Finally, based on the concept of the formation of different ways, 50 important concepts of junior middle school biology curriculum standards will be set forth in the terms-of-concept and concept of implications. To different types of important concepts and the main problems existed in the present situation of the investigation, this research proposed student-centered teaching principles, situational teaching and knowledge systematization and so on. For the term-of-concept, it proposed refining the concept of induction points, establishing a conceptual diagram, showing the use of multimedia scenarios, setting cognitive conflict instructional strategies; For concept of implications, this research proposed creation of problem situations by using the biological history to explore experiments, analyzing and comparing data and other teaching strategies. And through the application of classroom teaching cases, the implementation of teaching strategies should be evaluated.
