With the 21st century, the development of society will also be a "computer" this new thing common to every household, it has become an essential learni ng and work assistant. More and more people began to not pay attention to w riting, especially at the primary level, the most intensive in the Yanbian Korea n area, both for writing Chinese characters, or national characters, not up to st andard posture to hold a pen and write, and write out the word reach the prop er, correct and clean. "Style is the man," writing process is the process of edu cating people, you can not use a computer to be replaced. Future social develo pment requires a comprehensive high-quality talent, improve students’writing a bility can be enhanced to improve their overall quality.In this paper, literature, questionnaire and interview survey in the Yanbian K orean Autonomous Prefecture in Longjing B elementary school for the study, a random sample of five Grade 10 class 189 students for the survey, while 12 interviews with teachers,8 students and parents 12.10 aspects from pencil gra sp, writing posture, structure, stroke, stroke writing, writing under management class to class, write campaign management, appraisal management writing, writi ng guide management, parents writing coaching management ability and underst anding of the pupils write management status. The survey found that although students correct posture to hold a pen, writing posture has to grasp, but writin g posture is not correct, write typos situation still exists at the time of writing; writing teachers lack training and guidance class to class; the school and the class to write a single activity over-reliance on school writing activities; evaluat ion is not enough time to write and concrete; inadequate parental guidance wri ting and other issues. These problems led the students in the learning process and write posture, often typos, students feel relatively harder to write Chinese characters, writing ability of students can not be sustained and effective trainin g and development of conclusions.Based on these findings, we put forward in the development of writing ability training objectives and plans; open writing courses; evaluation methods to be s pecific; writing activities to be diverse; Strengthening the management class to class and write; parent awareness and coordination and management advice.
