The Research Of Female Tennis Athlete Li Na’s Technology And Tactic

In order to improve the application of Technical and tactical in competition, based on the collection and organization of the technical and tactical combo target data of forehand and backhand on baseline, the volley on forehand and backhand, services and etc. on the Four Grand Slam, a research on the application and improvement of technical in competition is needed.The direct of this paper is the tennis training and teaching based on the data analysis of Li Na’s improvement during Season 2008 to Season 2014:the addition strength of the services, the control of the placement, improvement of charge, the application of baseline-topspin and chip and chop on forehand and backhand and the enhanced of Psychological qualities by videos on Four Grand Slam. The summation of advanced technical and tactical will help the female tennis players to improve their record on data and thesis support.The paper uses six science methods include literature, video observation, logical analysis, statistics, comparative analysis and expert interviews to analysis Li Na’s 84 plays on Four Grand Slam. I researched the services, the baseline-rally on forehand and backhand and Score tactics on different ground, competitor and environment to find out the winning laws. It helps me to collect the valuable and effective tactic application model and the weakness to understand the advantage and disadvantage of Li Na’s technical and tactical.The conclusions:(1) Li Na’s success rate of services is high and steady. The advantage of the service is the placement and the spin change. There is still a valley between her and the top athletes.(2) Li Na should improve the catch the services ability and the predict judgment when she catch the strong services from a top athletes in status of her services.(3) The score Li Na got for her competitor’s unforced error is dramatically higher than her winning points in rally status. She gets much more points from forehand and backhand than volley or others. The technical and tactical of Li Na is not flexible enough to adjust directly in some special difficult status. She should strength the combo of different tactics in time and flexible.(4) Li Na made the advantages by services in Australian Open Champion then got the point by the strong baseline forehand or backhand attract. She stands on the same stage in catch the services status with the help of her outstand skills and predict judgment. The appearance in France Open Champion is not as excellent as she does in Australian Open Champion. There is much more rallies without the obvious advantage in service or flexible tactical diversity.(5) Li Na played not well in Wimbledon because the stress from the European competitors in services status and the unknown rally on baseline and her weakness at the net. The physical is the most import element in US Open. She is good at the forehand and backhand which request the enough physical energy while she always lack of power in the latter half of the competition. The other two reasons are the environment and the psychology.(6) In 84 plays she took in Four Grand Slam, she usually uses forehand then backhand. The spin, volley and others are less frequency. It appears that Li Na’s combo of technics and tactics are not well comprehensive and flexible. The special tactical plan on different competitors is needed.
