The Research On The Construction Of University Logistics Service System

University logistics service system is composed by a number of different subsystems combined according to certain order and internal contact, which provides logistics services to universities; it is a logistics supply system aiming at promoting school-running pattern transformation of universities and efficiency in school management, targeting at realizing the sustainable development of higher education, and offering high-quality and efficient study and living services to all staff members and students at school through implementing market-oriented allocation. After China has carried out the strategy of "developing the country by relying on science and education" since 1999 and along with the development of China’s higher education, improvement of modern university system construction and deepening of university logistics service socialization reform, to construct logistics service system of colleges and universities has become inevitable. Since university logistics services include a large number of varieties and its scale is large and complex, so this paper only researches basic services (catering service, dormitory management service, bathing service, water and electricity service, etc.) related to the daily life of staff members and students among all university logistics service work, excluding the construction, maintenance and other security work of hardware equipment and facilities in teaching areas and living quarters as well as health care, entertaining and other special engaged service work. The construction of university logistics service system in this paper only takes university logistics services involved in this paper as the starting point.First of all, this paper depends on related theories and literature materials to sum up the development history of university logistics service system in our country and main research objects; secondly, summarizes and analyzes current construction situation of logistics service system of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and finds out problems in logistics service system construction of this university at current stage, including halfway institutional reform, low-level team construction, unsound management system and outdated modern service management platform construction, through focusing on the research of logistics service entity and operation mode of university logistics service system and by combining questionnaire survey; then, analyzes fundamental factors that influence the construction of FAFU university logistics service system at present and seeks the next phase of building strategy by SWOT method; finally, makes optimization design for the structure of university logistics service system based on the environment of higher education reform in China and proposes measures to further promote researches on university logistics system construction from aspects like boosting management system transformation, developing the market with a steady pace, strengthening procedure execution force, communicating and cooperating scientifically, and setting up qualified teams, so as to realize efficient logistics services and impel a stable development of logistics service socialization reform.As a hotspot and difficulty in current university logistics service socialization reform in China, university logistics service system construction is a theory and practice research topic. This paper combines theories with practices to research and analyze the construction of university logistics service system from macroscopic and microcosmic points of view, and puts forward construction thoughts according to real situations and with clear targets, expecting to provide reference for its construction and development.
