Agriculture And Forestry Talents’ Cultivation Of Regional High-level University Under The Perspective Of Modern Agriculture

The cultivation of outstanding talents in agriculture and forestry has always been a hot issue from the horizon of theory and education. And the central government has been focused on the "Three agricultural questions" for 14 years in the form of "No.1 Document". The development tendency of modern agriculture of Fujian Province, the prediction of talent cultivation need and the questionnaire from HR have also laid a solid foundation for this research.Taking the cultivation program of FAFU for example, this research analyses the implementation of other universities which have been in the same program, and then reconstruct the cultivation model for deepening the comprehensive reform of education and give some advices for transporting talents to rural areas.
