China is the country with Marxist theory as the guiding ideology of the socialist countries, we must pay attention to the students in vocational institute Marxist education. Through researching the status of Marxist theory education institution in vocational institute, combining the characteristic of fostering technology talents on a large scale shouldering by the vocational institute of important historical mission, analyzing of the current problems in higher vocational institute Marxist theory education deeply, this article propose that the current Marxist theory education in higher vocational institute must insist on the principle of close to the specialty, close to the students, close to the reality, in order to promote the Marxist theory education in vocational institute smoothly. Depend on the such background basis, there are some tentative discussion of Marxist theory education innovation of vocational institute in this article.This article is divided into four parts:Part I: Research Status of Marxist Theory Education In Vocational Institute. Firstly analyzes the current situation and problems of Marxist theory education in vocational institute, such as the lack of emphasis for the ideological and political education in some vocational institute; the young students were not enthusiastic for theoretical study in period of social transformation; the form of ideological and political education is single so the student sense of identification is not high. The valve of these problems is analyzing the defects on popular education process, increasing the Marxist mass education process and the inherent value continuously through the future development and innovation.Part II: Problems and Causes Of Marxist Theory Education In Vocational Institute. Analysis that the vocational institute must innovate education methods of Marxist theory, make future efforts of pushing the popularization of Marxism, these can transform the fixed pattern of vocational institute understanding for Marxist theory education, can solve the ideological and political problems in universities education effectively. Improve student’s interesting in learning by strengthening the teaching construction of ideological and political practice, enriching the teaching content and methods in order to push on the popularization of Marxism, inhibit the faith crisis of young people under the impact of globalization effectively.Part III: Principle and method of marxist theory education in vocational institute. Marxist theory of education innovation should grasp the following three principles.First,We should adhere to the theory research and practical combination of the principles of.Marxism theory education in higher vocational colleges must be close to the student thought actually, pay attention to solve the difficult problems of students ideological. Second, we must adhere to the principle of unity of inheritance and innovation. With the transformation of the old system,old ideas,some of the old theory has beenreplaced by the new theory and new content. In the new historical conditions, the innovation education of Marx’s theory,must pay attention to correctly handle the relationship betwe en inheritance and innovation,the inheritance and innovation of historical unity. Today,we need to train qualifie dpersonnel as the school work center to find our work goals accor ding to the characteristics of the students ideology. Behavior is a manifestation of the development of the modern era of inheritance and innovation under the unified requirem ents.Finally,stick to the principle of unifying the pertinence and timeliness.The ideologi cal and political education of students of contem porary higher vocational colleges sho uld use with modern trends, the characteristics of the age of the people and things to gu ide students, Content choice and innovation of open environment, competition environme ntrelated to infect students, encouraging students to.Part IV: Marxist theory of vocational colleges of education innovation strategies, innovative approaches in education and the path to achieve the following four points.First, we must persist in the theoretical study and promote the popularization of Marxist theory with Chinese characteristics, keep the innovation in the process of contemporary Chinese Marxism popularization;focus on the theory actualization and popularization. Second, we must play to the ideological and political theory class teachers, subjective dynamic role of other non-political class teachers, the majority of students and student groups, university administrators and other subjects of popular education, and actively promote the popularization process. Ideological and political education institute, other teachers, students, student organizations and university managers involved in the process of popularization of Marxism, have played a different role. Third, pronged approach, through classroom theory teaching, practice teaching, and other various ways to promote the Marxism popularization. Use a variety of forms to promote the popularization of Marxism in several aspects of theoretical teaching, practice teaching, social practice and so on. Fourth, Creating the atmosphere of education, strengthening the practice of learning. Increase the social practice so as to arouse students’ enthusiasm for Marx’s theory of learning. College educators can use the extra time, organize the students to visit, study,etc. let the students experience the great achievements of the modernization construction, and feeling the huge superiority of socialism.
