With the continuous development of society,higher vocational education in the whole national education has always been indispensable position for our country's modern economic construction has cultivated a large number of comprehensive technical talents,effectively alleviate the employment pressure,accelerate the process of industrialization,For the sustained development of the national economy has made a very outstanding contribution,but also an important example of China's education through science and education.Especially in the last two or three years,the development of higher vocational education is particularly rapid.However,with the rapid expansion of higher vocational education,some management problems have gradually surfaced.As the school management is not advancing with the times,the use of advanced teaching management philosophy,in the actual teaching,especially in the practice of teaching practice in the base of teaching effectiveness greatly reduced.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the current situation of the training base of higher vocational colleges and analyze the main problems in the management process and put forward the corresponding improvement programs.In the early part of this study,we read a large number of research literatures at home and abroad to understand the current research status at home and abroad.Then,taking the management of the training base of a technician college as an example,we collect the first hand raw data through field investigation and interview,and analyze some main problems in the management of the training base of the higher vocational education students in our country.Finally,according to the summarized problems,the author puts forward the PDCA quality management method into the management base of the students through the theory of vocational education and lean management,and designs a set of systems from the aspects of management mode and management process.And the implementation of these improvements to the specific measures to provide a brief description to ensure that the design of the feasibility and practicality.From the final implementation effect,this improved program design significantly improved the Institute of training base integrated management level.This study suggests that,from the perspective of management approach,should be from the teaching management,student management system and the construction of teachers and other aspects of improvement;from the management process point of view,should be through the establishment of a standardized management process system,Management process operation performance,the establishment of continuous optimization mechanism and other aspects to strengthen the training base management.
