In the modern teaching mode, the classroom teaching tact plays an increasingly important role. It is different from the traditional teaching mode, the modern teaching mode has a very high demand, especially in the case of emergency, the good classroom teaching machine intelligence can make quick and accurate response, so as to optimize the teaching quality. High teacher’s Classroom Teaching wit has been a lot of attention of many educational researchers.This paper aims to investigate the causes of the differences between the vocational teachers and experienced teachers in primary school mathematics teaching, and to explore the strategies to improve the teaching quality of the vocational teachers.This research questions. What are the main characteristics of the classroom teaching of primary mathematics and the characteristics of the vocational teachers teaching and the formation of the factors that affect the teacher’s classroom teaching, and how to deal with the difference between the the vocational teachers and experienced teachers?On the basis of literature research, this study, through in‐depth classroom, interviews with teachers and students, the classroom teaching of the vocational teachers and experienced teachers in the classroom teaching of the vocational teachers and experienced teachers, the differences in the classroom teaching, through the comparison of the new teachers to improve the level of classroom teaching of the vocational teachers.The main conclusions of this study:(1) the vocational teachers and experienced teachers in timely change teaching ideas wit, timely and correct the errors of wit, in a timely manner to the students’ learning wit, timely incentive the wit of student evaluation, in a timely manner inspired guide wit, timely coaching doubts wit differences, teachers in teaching tact reserves and intervention time are better than the vocational teachers.(2) caused by the fundamental reason for the differences of teaching tact is to prepare lessons, classes, class evaluation, demonstration class differences.(3) can be from the rich knowledge and experience, strengthen the reflective teaching and training good psychological quality to promote the formation of teachers’ classroom teaching tact.The vocational teachers are the hope and future of a school, vocational teachers growth path of twists and turns, on the growth path of the vocational teachers become their paving stone, as soon as possible to help them endeavor to grow as a teaching backbone, is teacher’s bounden duty. Under the new era background, do a good job in the old and new classroom teaching comparative work in favor of the teaching work smoothly, but also can make the quality of teachers has been further improved.
