| In this paper, the author is during the period of studying for master degree of education in Hangzhou Normal University, appointed by the Zhejiang provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Zhejiang Province as the sixth group of cadres to go to Tibet to volunteer for one and a half year research results.This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction includes the review of the research on the teachers’ professional level, the origin of the study, research methods and expected results; the first chapter is the research on the education status of the rural and pastoral areas in Tibet,including the influence of Tibet’s religious and language of school education, development of education in Tibet, the three part of social development in Tibet Han Chinese education put forward higher requirements; the second chapter is the analysis of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Tibet and the work of language, introduces and analyzes the local teachers’ working condition and situation of language;the third chapter puts forward the level of Chinese teachers of primary and secondary schools in Tibet to improve the strategy, including the government and Education Department of the school and teachers’ action strategies, action strategy action strategy, part of Tibet system; the last part is the conclusion, puts forward the following research ideas.The author believes that in the current conditions, the governmentand the Department of education as the most important, because the top-level design, promote the implementation and evaluation of improvement are needed in the education administrative departments of power; the key for the execution of schools and teachers, the school must be able to promote hundred-percent, everything in good order and well arranged the national common language, at the same time teachers there must be a vow to practice instead of the status quo of the determination,in order to truly improve their Chinese language literacy, and improve personal occupation accomplishment; Tibet system only by improving the selection of Tibet teachers to seek, and adhere to the continuity of education aid, a total of 16 article strategy;in order to better play the role of lubrication, and guide the staff.The author believes that the study of education in Tibet, and to focus on how to improve the Chinese language level of primary and secondary school teachers in Tibet, is to implement the central spirit and promote Tibet’s education embodies, has an important effect on the society and practical significance. |
