The Study On Humanistic Care In Ideological And Political Education Of Colleges

"Humanistic care", filled with meanings, is closely related to human dignity, human values, human ideals, human character and human life. The study of Humanistic care in Ideological and political education of college students, effectively helps to achieve goal and value the ideological and political education. Therefore, people must firmly establish the concept of student-centered, humanistic spirit –based and take the humanistic care as the starting and end point in the ideological and political education, so that the education will really aim to expand human survival and development, and finally achieve the ultimate concern of college students. In the long term, because of many reasons, the importance of the humanistic care is often neglected for the ideological and political education. Therefore, the study of Humanistic care in Ideological and political education is necessary.The colleges paid less attention to the Ideological and political education, especially the humanistic care. On the analysis of the current situation of the Ideological and political education in colleges, this paper conducts a deep study on this to improve the program in colleges. Humanistic care is an effective way to implement the ideological and political education in colleges. As an institution, colleges can also improve the quality of the ideological and political among the students. Therefore, we need to strengthen the humanistic care of the students.According to the special law of the Ideological and political education in Colleges and the present situation of the humanistic care in Ideological and political education, this paper explores the existing problems, analyzes these issues and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.This paper is mainly based on the following three parts:The first part provides a summary of the humanistic care in ideological and political education. This part discusses the relevant concepts, the main content, and the necessity of the humanistic care in the ideological and political education. And we can effectively solve the psychological problems of college students and correct their improper behavior, for which they will have a healthy development. Thus in the face of setbacks and unexpected events, the college students will have a good response and set up the correct view of the world, life and value. The main content includes: paying attention to the plight of the college students, meeting the emotional needs of college students, enriching college students’ mind. Humanistic care is essential, because it embodies the request of the harmonious society and can promote the college students’ all-round development and reflects the reality value of ideological and political education.The second part discusses the problems and reasons of humanistic care of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.. This part concludes the problems in four following aspects. The educators have poor comprehensive quality; the humanistic care is lack of targets; the humanistic care has obvious pertinence; humanistic care has poor efficiency. The author analyzes the problems and concludes the causes, mainly includes: insufficient recognition of the humanistic care in colleges and universities, the unclear concept of humanistic care, the characteristics of the students, poor humanistic atmosphere in the campus.The third part summarizes the countermeasures of humanistic care in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons, this part puts forward several countermeasures to strengthen the humanistic care in ideological and political education in colleges, mainly include: the colleges should establish the concept of humanistic care; the colleges should attaches great importance to the humanistic care from organizations, funds and personnel; the colleges should make the students get knowledge of humanistic care in correspondence with their actual situation; the colleges should raise the morals attainment, emotions attainment, ability attainment, etc.In short, the humanistic care is an effective way to the education of Marx theory. Its effective implementation directly influences the overall quality of the students in Colleges. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the humanistic care in ideological and political education.
