Education Informatization have received widespread attention in various educational fields, and applied deeply in teaching and management, since reformation of China education.In the field of basic education, even the remote area have the CAI(Computer Assisted Instruction)teaching conditions, schools in some city, province even introduced Virtual Reality、Cloud Computing and other Cutting-edge technology to develop teaching applications, but teaching effectiveness and teaching quality haven’t been significantly improved. Educators researched Education Informatization Construction and achieved certain results in terms of teaching concept、teaching model、teaching technology, but problems such as lack of digital resource library construction、software and hardware incompatibilities、teaching mode does not meet the educational needs of new era、single scarcity of teaching evaluation, still impacted seriously the improvement of teaching quality and promotion of Education Informatization. With the rapid development of Internet, applicability research of integration of informational technology and teaching process started, online education with the form of a large-scale public open-class developed like mushrooming. In addition, the concept of collaborative learning and evaluation mode of peer assessment from Coursea provide a new way of researching on Collaborative Learning and Teaching Evaluation.Based on the analysis of conversion of education philosophy, analyzed the new demands of teaching under internet ecosystem, made the classroom teaching in basic education as core, researched and realized integration of information technology and teaching process, we proposed mixed teaching mode combined with digital teaching management system and collaborative learning system facing classroom teaching, built teaching system with distributed architecture. Teaching System applied SpringMVC Framework、ExtJS、Node.js、HTML5、Wiki technology to realize united identify authentication, digital teaching management, strength the teacher-student interaction and exchanges combined with the concept of collaborative learning, and run through the idea of building student growth profile in the teaching process, to achieve full record and analyze of student learning process, to make systemic、 objective、comprehensive assessment based on those data. The design concept of teaching system in line with the guiding ideology of educational informational construction, recognized by Ministry of Education and Provincial Department of Education, and was applied in practice in primary and secondary school in Nanchang. Teaching system used distributed architecture, integrated the user groups from primary and secondary deployed, made the comprehensive assessment can applied not only single student, but also did association rule mining with the student growth profile in deep, to get the association rule of comprehensive assessment factors, or categorize groups of student, cultivate various types of talents, promote quality education, dedicate force for education informatization construction in basic education field.
