The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party first proposed that "Lid Tree" as the fundamental task of education,educating people before cultivating morals.It can be seen that students' moral cultivation is the first in education,and good moral quality and overall quality are the foundation of a person to achieve benign development.At the same time,whether people have good conduct,will also affect social and national development.At the same time,with the continuous development of Internet technology,the society has experienced the earth-shaking changes every day,and the era of globalization has arrived.People are no longer an independent individual,and the good cooperation between individuals and other individuals will become a future.Essential ability.Therefore,the cultivation of students' literacy and ability is widely concerned by researchers in education.In 2016,the Ministry of Education merged the textbooks "Ethics and Life" and"Ideology and Morality" and changed the name to "Ethics and the Rule of Law"."Ethics and the Rule of Law" is responsible for cultivating students' moral conduct.The new textbooks continue to follow the new curriculum standards.Requirements,more advocating new teaching methods and learning methods,pay more attention to the cultivation of student literacy and ability.However,in the current actual teaching of morality and the rule of law,there are problems such as intellectualization of moral education courses,serious "speaking" teaching,and ignoring the development of students' subjectivity.This deviates from the original aspiration of the subject of education,and violates the education requirements of our country.Fully developed people" this requirement.On the basis of grasping the actual dilemma and actual needs of the current moral and rule of law teaching,this research combed the relevant literature and theories to solve practical problems,and created the junior middle school moral and rule of law "situational experience + collaborative learning" from the perspective of the core literacy of the discipline.The teaching model provides a reference for the innovation of the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools.Based on the above research background and current situation,the author comprehensively applied various research methods such as action research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.Analyze the actual dilemma and actual needs of the current junior middle school moral and rule of law teaching.2.Sort out the research status of situational experience teaching and collaborative learning at home and abroad,determine the content and significance of this research,define the important core concepts of this article,choose research methods and clarify research ideas;3.Analyze the guiding significance of the core literacy concept of the subject,the constructivist learning theory,the experiential learning theory,the humanistic theory,and the activity theory,and explain the guiding significance of the above theories for this research.4.On the basis of mastering the actual teaching dilemma,analyzed the nature of the discipline of ethics and the rule of law,course content,and course objectives,and explained the advantages of the integration of "situational experience teaching" and "collaborative learning",combining the cognition and learning of junior high school students The characteristics,the design principles and design ideas of the teaching model are determined,and the elements of the teaching model are designed in detail,and finally the junior high school morality and rule of law "situational experience +collaborative learning" teaching model is constructed.5.Carry out two rounds of action research on the teaching model of "situational experience + collaborative learning" in junior middle school ethics and rule of law.In the action research,collect data from questionnaires,observations and interviews to analyze the teaching effect of the teaching model,and propose modification measures for the model to optimize The teaching model ultimately verifies the achievement of the teaching goals and the effectiveness and generalizability of the teaching model.Research shows that the junior high school morality and rule of law "situational experience + collaborative learning" teaching model can effectively cultivate students' core literacy and improve students' collaborative learning ability.Compared with traditional teaching models,it has a better effect on overall teacher and student satisfaction.This research provides new ideas for the teaching of innovative ethics and the rule of law,as well as new strategies for implementing the core literacy of the subject in education and teaching,and actively explores the in-depth integration of Internet technology and courses.
