| The imbalance between supply and demand of social talents has always been a major problem in the development of China.With the continuous expansion of the enrollment of colleges and universities,the number of college graduates has increased year by year,and a large number of college graduates are facing employment problems,while a large number of enterprises have not recruited talents that meet the requirements.One of the main reasons for this dilemma is that the professional talents cultivated by colleges and universities are out of line with the market demand,the professional curriculum svstem is not set properly,and the university lacks the ability to accurately understand the talent market demand.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes the recruitment of data analysts as an example,collects more than 30.000 job postings on the recruitment network,and uses text mining technology to construct a multi-dimensional post demand feature analysis model,using natural language processing technology and machine learning.He has created a relatively complete skill dictionary for data analyst positions,and analyzed market demand and employment skills from multiple perspectives.This method makes up for the defects of time-consuming and labor-intensive methods such as traditional research and manual statistical analysis.and realizes the rapid,efficient and intelligent mining of job demand features,especially in the case of large data volume and complicated structure.Through analysis,in the research of data analyst positions,from the perspective of workplace distribution,corporate financing,salarv status,job categories,etc..the overall situation of data analyst positions,from work experience,minimum qualifications and majors,tools and The four dimensions of computer skills and comprehensive quality statistically analyze the characteristics of data analysts,and obtain the demand characteristics of data analysts from multiple angles.And using the constructed indicators of different dimensions to use the frequency statistical analysis method,correlation analysis,and association rule analysis to explore the skill demand characteristics of the data analyst positions in the market.Based on this,the corresponding candidates,universities and related scholars made several suggestions. |
