The national constitution is the material basis for the development of the national economy and social development; it is an important part of the overall national strength and also an important symbol of social civilization and progress. Since the reform and opening up, the party and the government are very concerned with the enhancement of the national constitution, especially the younger generation, whether its constitution is good or bad is related very closely to the rise and fall of the entire nation and the future of the country. Therefore, a study of students’physique health of nationalities is not just a manifestation of equality of the nations, the most important is that we can know well about the characteristics of physical changes, law, trends and the existing differences and reasons of minority students.This article makes longitudinal and transverse comparison of 11 test index and its corresponding derived indexes about four aspects, body shape, physical function, physical quality and health inspection, from age characteristics, gender characteristics and the national characteristics of 1542 students aged from 6 to 15 years old from Mulao People. The results of the study show that:The indexes of height and weight in Mulao People are significantly lower than those of Han nationality in Guangxi and the national average (p<0.01); Spurt period of girls appears at 10 years old and are earlier than boys; Spurt of boys is larger than girls. Thoracic development status of girls is greater than their peers of boys, less than Han nationality students in China, and is flat with rural Han nationality in Guangxi; And growth of chest circumference along with the age gradually is close to the average level of Han nationality students. Body fat ratio of female students is higher than that of male students; Mulao People’students aged from 6 to 9 are lean; Body fat ratio of female and male students aged from 9 to 15 is significantly different (p<0.05). Body full degree of male students is below the level of Han boys; Body fat level of female students is relatively close to Han nationality rural girls. Lung function condition is significantly superior to Han nationality and Han nationality rural students in Guangxi (p<0.01); Vital capacity bust index is significantly greater than the average of Han and Zhuang nationality’s rural students. Flexibility of female students is better Han that of male students, flat with Chinese Han rural students, and better than that of Han nationality’s and Zhuang nationality’s rural students in Guangxi. Grip strength and grip weight of male students are always significantly higher than those of female students (p< 0.01), but after 10 years the extent to the increase shows continued slowdown trend. Grip strength of Mulao nationality’s students is below Chinese Han nationality’s rural students; Grip strength of students aged from 12 to 15 is higher than that of Guangxi Zhuang rural students. The extent to the increase of standing long jump with aging shows a slowdown in the situation; Standing long jump in female students is better than that in Chinese Han rural students; Standing long jump in female students aged from 7 to 11 is lower than that in Han rural students in Guangxi and is better than that in Guangxi Zhuang rural students. Male aerobic endurance running level is obviously higher than female; Spurt age appears at 13 years old,1 year later than female students. Speed of 50 m in male students is significantly smaller than that in both Han and Zhuang rural students (p< 0.05); Speed of 50 m in female students is bigger than that in Han and Zhuang rural students. With aging, vision defect rate increases, and mainly consists of mild and moderate; Vision defect rate of female students is significantly higher than that of male students and is significantly lower than that of their peers of Han and Zhuang rural student groups (p<0.01).
