The Relationship On Personality,ethnic Identity And Subjective Well-being Of Mulao Nationality In Guangxi

Happiness is the life of man to chase,and the meaning and ultimate purpose of human existence.Psychologists believe that happiness is an overall assessment of the state of your life based on the subjective criteria.Named Subjective well-being(SWB).It is an important and comprehensive psychological indicator to measure the quality of personal and social life.Over the years,the longitudinal study of subjective well-being is paid more and more attention.And the need to be satisfied is an effective source of happiness.The Chinese scholar based on maslow's hierarchy theory.Divided the needs of human beings into survival,development and transcendence.Correspondingly,people's subjective well-being also follows the three levels: survival,development and transcendence.Personality is one of the most important factors affecting subjective well-being,Individuals of different personality types tend to have different levels of subjective well-being.And different personality traits play a role in different factors of happiness.So,over the years,The research on personality and subjective well-being mainly focuses on the relationship between the big three,the big five personality dimension,and some specific personality traits with subjective well-being,the research types are diverse and fruitful.National identity is also an important factor affecting happiness.National identity is of great significance to the multi-ethnic country,especially China,which has unique characteristics.China is a multi-ethnic country,the people of all ethnic groups are members of the Chinese nation,besides being members of their own ethnic groups.The minority members' recognition of the ethnic group and the Chinese nation affects both the stability of the country and the region,as well as the individual's physical and mental health,personality development,etc.The national identity is a dynamic process,under the agitation of China's reform and opening up for 40 years,the people of all ethnic groups have undergone tremendous changes regardless of economic or social environment.On this premise,what kind of changes have the ethnic identity experienced?What are the effects on people's subjective well-being?And what is the relationship between personality and subjective well-being?The mulao ethnic group gradually formed in the long history.Currently,the mulao ethnic group in China is mainly distributed in the mulao autonomous county of luocheng,guangxi.And luocheng also has the zhuang,yao,dong,miao and other ethnic minorities as well as the han nationality.In the integration and collision process with multi-ethnic groups.What is the status quo of the personality,ethnic identity and subjective well-being of mulao nationality?Based on the above questions,This study adopts the method of investigation.The Chinese version of eysenck personality questionnaire,national identity questionnaire and multi-level subjective well-being questionnaire were used as research tools.It aims to understand the overall situation of the personality,ethnic identity and subjective well-being of the mulao ethnic group in luocheng,guangxi.And explore the influence of personality and national identity on subjective well-being and its mechanism of action.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The different groups of mulao people show different personality traits.Female are better at dissembling than male.The mood of rural residents is more unstable than that of urban residents.The low level of education was higher dissembling than that high level of education;(2)The ethnic identity of mulao ethnic group is very high.And the higher the education degree,the higher the ethnic identity level;(3)The average level of subjective well-being of the mulao ethnic group is in the middle.But men were significantly happier than women;(4)There is a significant correlation between psychoticism,extroversion and neuroticism in personality traits and subjective well-being.Neuroticism has a significant negative influence on subjective well-being.Extroversion has positive influence on both ethnic identity and subjective well-being,and plays a positive predictive role.Psychoticism negatively predicts the national identity and subjective well-being.Ethnic identity has a positive influence on subjective well-being and plays a positive predictive role;(5)Extroversion and ethnic identity have strong predictive power for subjective well-being.But the relationship between extroversion and subjective well-being will be mediated to some extent by the Chinese nation identity.
