Since the year of 1999, China started an enrollment expansion of college and the number of graduates increased year by year. According to the data of education development statistics of 2014,our country’s higher education has reached to 3559 millions,721.40 millions of the graduates,compared with the last year,it has increased by 21.57 millions,and the rate has increased by 3.08. the style of our education is converting the elite to the popularization, there are so many knowledge-based talents pouring into the labor market.Basing on the background of the enrollment expansion of college, scholars begin to pay attention to the employment of graduates,the phenomenon of over-education can be seen often, some analysts begin to doubt the enrollment expansion of college,our scholars begin to research on the over-education. But the research on this area is not enough for our country, practically we are basing on the western research,so it is one of the important problems for our scholars that how we can study our over-education depending on our country’s special situation.For further research on the over-education,this paper will connected with graduates’ present situation,based on the related theories and according to the view of job match using the data of CGSS(2008), we try our best to comes to a conclusion that the factors influenced the over-education in accordance with the situation of our country. This research will provides a good guidance and for the further implementation for our country’s over-education planning policy.The specific content of the paper is as follows:Chapter one, Preface. In this section it mainly introduces the background of this research, theoretical and practical significance of the study, the innovation and the shortcoming of this paper.Chapter two, it mainly introduce the present research situations both at home and abroad,it includes the definition;measures and the microscopic aspects of over-education, however the western scholars have made great efforts on the over-education.our country’s scholars just base on the westerns to have a further exploration.also we mainly pay attention to these problems including the definition of the over-education;the influence factors of the over-education;whether the over-education exist in our country and the damage of the over-education.Chapter three, the theories review. This chapter mainly introduce several related theories briefly including the human capital theory;screening theory;job competition model;labor market segmentation theory and the production technology change theory.Chapter four, the view on the practice-job matching. First of all,it will introduce several views including the employment rate;income and job matching of the western scholars.then basing on the data analysis we prove the inapplicability view of the employment rate and the income for our paper. Finally, we can find the applicability of the view is the job matching for our country.Chapter five, empirical analysis. First use the data of the CGSS of 2008,and then measure the incidence of over-education.also use the SPSS to do the statistical data analysis of the questionnaire survey combining the regression model of logistic, in this way we can have a good knowledge of the factors that influence the over-education.further combined with relevant data to determine the correctness of the factors that probably influenced the over-education. Finally, we analysis the factors including the labor market segmentation and the industry monopoly which also have a great effect on the over-education.Chapter six, conclusion. Firstly this paper point out the conclusion that the over-education really exist in our country, then the suggestion will be put forward to relieve and remove the impacts of the over-education.we should take measures in these aspects including optimize the education structure;the government should encourage college students to meet the needs for the western and the poor regions;to realize the optimal disposition of talent resources then the appropriate measures should be taken to attract talents.then break down barriers to labor market access the industry monopoly;set a market environment in a fairly and competitive way.
