Research On The Cultivation And Practice Of Socialist Core Values Of College Students

College students are our country’s future, hope of the nation.As builders and successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, students assume the historic responsibility of realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. Current China has entered a period of deepening the overall reforms, and the economic development has entered a changing growth schedule,with painful structural adjustment, antecedent stimulus cycle superimposed stages.Economic system, social structure, interest pattern also have produced profound changes. Materials decide consciousness, so social deeper reforms inevitably lead to development and changes in people’s mind.To adapt to the new social and ecology,college students’ ideas and value will also change. At this stage,the cultivation and practice work in socialist core values in college students generally is at a better level, but thanks to many factors from society under the new situation, families, schools, and other external factors, as well as the common effect of intrinsic factors of college students,there are still many problems which need to be improved in carrying out this work. So, ingreat strategy layout of new situation of deploying and carrying out the "Four Comprehensives",it’s necessary to effectively guide the students gradually to train themselves the right value concept, enhance their awareness, cognition,and identification of Socialist Core value,and eventually to achieve socialist core values within their hearts, outside their action, so as to practice Socialist Core Value consciously and independently, makingsocialist core values change from the "leading " values into "mainstream" value in school students groups.Based on the times background of Chinese deployment and implementation of "Four Comprehensives",this paper surveys and analyses the identification status and distribution degree in current school students on Socialist Core Values, mastersthe real situation of socialist core values foster and practice work in college students,analyses the existing problems and reasons in detail.It shows protrudingsocial transformation contradictions,negative effect of network new media, lack of ideological and political work and college students ’ physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics are four main causes of deviation for college students to identity Socialist Core Value.As a starting point,it advances specific exploration on college students’ cultivation and practice of Socialist Core Value.This work should not only be based on the theoretical level.It must be placed in practical operation. So the paper studies deeply on path selection of the college students in fostering and practicing Socialist Core Value at the end.It proposes "four guidance" and "four practice". "Four guidance" means theory guidance,opinion guidance, system guidance and typical guidance.While "four practice" means ideological and political theme education practice,volunteer services practice, community activities practice and social practice.Lead college students to cultivate and practice Socialist Core Value into their daily learning and life, guide them to set up the core values of socialism, and finally change Socialist core valuein college student groups from "leading" value to "mainstream" value.
