Objective:according to the Beijing Fourth by knee joint injury of basketball players’ spa training, analysis of the causes of knee joint injury, construct the research framework of spa training on the recovery of knee joint injury of experimental design, design a spa training specific operating procedures. To provide a reference for the recovery of knee joint injury of youth basketball players.Methods:from the Beijing Fourth men’ s basketball athletes selected three knee injured athletes for a period of 90 days, once every three days, a total of 30 times of experiment, research methods by literature method, interview method, experimental method, logical analysis method. Experiments using homebody comparison before and after the experiment, test and record the data before the experiment, in the middle of the experimental intervention, after the experiment to test and record data, spa training design of the basic program for (1) shore body extension, (2) water knee routine training and water with special knee rehabilitation, (3) water knee muscle combing and relax.Results:1. The experimental results show that FMS function test (squat, straight leg active lift, hurdle rack, straight leg bow squat) test scores are better than the former, especially is the hurdle frame (3 points) and straight leg active lift (2.33), and the experimental test results in the lowest growth points (1). Improve the experiment object by balance, stability of knee injury resulting in a range of experiments.2, digital isokinetic test scores were significantly higher than that before the experiment, the power capacity increased significantly, the highest work time reduced by 2s.3, after the experiment in high touch the best results for 3.26M, the lowest score of 3.10m, the lowest growth was 0.04m, the highest growth rate was 0.06m.4, after the experiment run-up to touch a high test scores in the best achievement is 0.07m higher than before the experiment, the minimum score higher 0.05m, experimental subjects by the injury of knee joint strength and explosiveness is improved obviously.Conclusion:1, this experiment to distinguish treatment principle, step by step cycle principle, optimization principle of the principle, the effect of rehabilitation arrangement as the theoretical basis, to the basic steps of experimental design as a guide, build a spa training experimental design procedure, design a spa specific training means and methods. Experimental results show that the experimental design is the objective, feasible and effective. Water 2, water training of special environment, the experimental subjects can effectively overcome their psychological barriers, improve the quality and effect of training.3, the water training exercise a measure of effective control to improve the test object by the injury of the knee joint balance, stability, strength and explosiveness has an important role in the regulation.4 training in the water of the object by relatively few training means of the flexibility of the knee joint injury, improving the reason may be related to the balance and stability of training, it is worth in-depth study.
