In modern sports competition in such a large environment,and the continuous development of basketball sports level continues to improve,the increasingly fierce competition,the basketball athlete in the competition process often in a very long period of time,strong load caused by the strength,speed,sensitivity and response motion quality drop,inattention,depression,irritability,tension,fatigue phenomenon of boring,largely affected the normal exercise capacity,play and the development of the technology,so the athletes' physical and mental fatigue recovery plays an increasingly important role in the entire tournament.Here,we hope to study the effect of Yoga rest on the recovery of basketball players.The basketball players at half-time in the physical and physiological fatigue,an empirical study on yoga as fatigue strength training basketball game after the relief method,physical recovery means of,after the experiment in athlete's heart rate recovery lactic acid recovery quality,quality,state of mind measurement results,subjective fatigue test index results were compared the analysis results show,relax yoga can improve the operation of athletes and mental state,effectively release the athletes in high intensity training and competition and negative emotions,reduce tension,fatigue,negative emotional factors,such as anger and confusion,effectively improve the athletes' physiological and psychological adjustment,and improve competition results,which embodies its theoretical value.In addition,it can also provide reference for the fatigue recovery and psychological training of Chinese High-level Men's basketball team.
