As the foundation education of our country changing from “exam-oriented education”to “quality education”comprehensively, the demands of teachers has also improved. It is not only knowledge, but also the strong ability of classroom teaching.There is no doubt that today’s student of normal colleges, most of them will be reserve in teaching of middle school education and their ability of classroom teaching will influence education effect unavoidably. Against this background, this paper carried out the following research.Integration of elements, Defining the concepts: We mainly adopted the literature method, observation method, case analysis to study the ability of choosing teaching method, the ability of questioning, the ability of classroom evaluation about the current college mathematics students in this paper. We consolidated the ability of classroom teaching of students in mathematics through reading and cleaned up the literature of the same subject, and defined the related concepts.Selecting the data, Making the observation scale: To ensure the generality and the authenticity of the results of the study, we carefully selected teaching video, which were the final acceptance works, and decided the observation, that is the ability of choosing teaching method, the ability of questioning, the ability of classroom evaluation, making observation scale analyzing the video case on the basis of the actual classroom teaching video in combination with related literature.Analyzing problems, Putting forward suggestions: After investigation and analysis, we found that the mathematics students have difficulties in the ability of choosing teaching method, the ability of questioning, the ability of classroom evaluation, and then explaining that the level of the ability of classroom teaching is relatively low. It needs to be improved further. Finally we put forward suggestions for improving the ability of classroom teaching, providing reference for cultivating high quality mathematics teachers.
