This paper investigates the current situation of excellent teachers’ classroom questioning by observing the "Eighth National Exhibition and Training Activities for Young Mathematics Teachers in Senior High Schools",and combines the results of the survey to analyze,so as to get the quantitative indicators of various aspects of excellent teachers’ classroom questioning.The research process is to record each teacher’s question one by one in each class of the first prize excellent lesson: the design,way,type of question,and the different types and ways of answer that arouse the students,the waiting time that the teacher gives the students to think,and so on.Through the form of statistical charts,the present situation of excellent teachers’ question is displayed,the characteristics of the question are analyzed and suggestions are given.Research shows that excellent teachers have the following status quo in classroom questioning:(1)In the aspect of problem presentation,multimedia assistant is mainly used to make the classroom more efficient.(2)There is a significant correlation between the types of questions asked and the types of questions that guide students to answer.(3)Excellent teachers’ feedback to students is timely and flexible,and good at questioning.(4)Excellent teachers can give appropriate waiting time for different types of problems.(5)Teachers often use "summarize and praise" or "encourage students to ask questions" in their feedback on students’ answers.
