Curriculum reform for many years, many teachers and researchers have been focusing on evaluation of mathematics teaching and learning in the classroom and also lead to many articles. While improving ways of evaluation based on theory research and practice is always unsatisfactory. Peers pay attention to students’knowledge and skills cognitive areas evaluation, but often ignore students’attitude, emotion, habits, and volition character formation and evaluation in the field of emotion. The latter is also an aspect of great effects on students" growth.In terms of classroom teaching evaluation, we also pays much attention to teachers’knowledge structure and ability to explore, look down on teachers. learning ability, practice ability and ability to evaluate. But ability to learn, practice and evaluation capacity is exactly what a teacher can become the key to excellent research-oriented teachers. But many of the school’s classroom teaching and learning evaluation become a mere formality, schools are unable or difficult to play a leading role, training of teacher’s teaching ability, made it hard to produce a high level of mathematics teachers.This topic on the basic of learning about strategies and ways of mathematics learning evaluation at home and abroad, Using methods such as interviews, researches surveyed the evaluation of teaching and learning on math class in Yan’an primary schools. According to mathematic analysis found teaching and learning evaluation problems still exist, and proposes a number of genuinely to improve the effect of teaching evaluation of design proposals.This topic contains 5 chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the cause of this topic, the background to the study and research plan. The second chapter on analyzes the concept of evaluation of teaching and learning in mathematics class, and briefly introduces the present status of mathematics classroom assessment at home and abroad. The third chapter tells us the math learning evaluation way in primary school. The fourth chapter, according to the results of interviews and discuses in-depth analysis of factors influencing the learning evaluation in Yan’an primary schools, and compared with some of the analysis and practice. The fifth chapter tries to put forward some effective design proposals of classroom teaching and learning evaluation.
