Because of the historical and social factors, the development of tennis sport relatively late in our country, but only one hundred years history in China. With the rapid development of chinese national economy, the improvement of people’s material culture and spiritual culture, the development of tennis has been in full swung all over the country, Li Na and others with the defensive record in the women’s tennis are more incentive for tens of thousands of Chinese. Yet the level of competitive tennis in the parts of our country is low, the development of large and medium cities tennis has begun scally, the small cities are limited, but certainlly development potention. Xingtai, Formerly known as shunde office, shunde office has a history of 3500 years, is one of the earliest form of urban areas and important energy base in the north of China, both in terms of geographical location and economic development strategy of sense,the amateur tennis of xingtai of the investigation of the status is representatively and significantly, it not only reflect the adjacent of the development of tennis sport and similar areas, but can be the development blueprint for reference to adjacent and similar areas tennis sports.This article through the Literature data method, questionnaire survey, Mathematical statistics method, logic analysis and other research methods, the xingtai amateur tennis movement is the research object, by issuing questionnaire of university students, social lovers questionnaire, adolescent questionnaire, coaches, questionnaire, aimming to understand the xingtai amateur tennis movement development present situation and the existing problems and influencing factors. Through the investigation and analysis the following conclusions:1. the largest numbers of Xingtai amateur tennis enthusiasts is from 20 to 29 years, The proportion of males is larger than that of female, bachelor’s degree accounts for the biggest tennis enthusiasts, the number of participants wage in 3001 to 5000 yuan, mainly enterprises and ordinary workers and freelancers.2. Xingtai tennis enthusiasts through the network media to understand the tennis, the majority of people to build themselves up and interests as motivation to participate in sport,the number of lovers optimistic is in growing trend. Network organization become the newmainstream social tennis activity, Xingtai tennis enthusiasts to buy cost mosttly, quantity sports shop is little, tennis equipments quality are lower.3. Xingtai is lack of tennis sport related institutions, government, enterprises and institutions sites, fewer but relatively balanced community site. Less number of school sites,tennis court openness is not high and the cost of maintenance is higher, generally no one community site maintenance, satisfaction is not high.4. Xingtai tennis tournament organizations are less, less number of amateur tennis enthusiasts and low competition level.5. College students in Xingtai have no idea about tennis, but favorite degree is deeper,the motivation is to show the charm of themselves, tennis elective course in colleges and universities to offer littlely, only XingTai University to open tennis lessons for Physical Education Majors. Curriculum is Unreasonable and number of course is less, tennis teachers and the university tennis clubs are shortage, less conducive to activities.6. Xingtai tennis coaches’ degree is in higher but younger age, and in charge of coaching time is short, job training is reasonable.7. The age of junior tennis athletes of Xingtai in the majority with 7 to 12 years old,more boys than girls, most interests and bound as motivation, training life is not longer, the training plan is unreasonable, the training content is not science and traditional, less competitions and the level is not high, the range is not wide, the winning numbers are less,shorting form of tennis good prospects for development in the future.
