The Mechanism And Guidance Of College Students’ Network Moral Disorder Behavior

Without the Internet’s infiltration in the fields of various industries,china society can not progress and development so rapidly today. With the wave of globalization and informatization, multiple values、traditional culture 、thinking model and religious beliefs in this world blend and excludes mutually in the "melting pot", in the internet, which is virtual world without borders. The Internet is filled with vast amounts of information and content every day, which involved everything, on the one hand, a large number of information resources subversively changes people’s previous study, work and life style. The speed of network transmission and the portability of information usage has greatly shortened time and spatial distance between people, improving the efficiency of the public generally and fundamentally accelerating the pace of economic and social development. On the other hand, behavior boundaries are fuzzy in the virtual network community, growing number of Internet users are more likely to cause the network moral disorder behavior.Nowadays, college students are the main internet group. Due to the group at the stage of gradually further socializing, shaping personality and maturing mind, college students’ network moral disorder behavior occurs frequently and become even worse in the network world. In theory, although there are more and more research results discussing about college students’ network moral disorder problems, it is still difficult to find an appropriate theoretical framework to analyze the formation mechanism of college students’ network moral disorder behavior, and it is more difficult to put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions. In practice, the main bodies, directly related to college students’ network moral disorder behavior, are lack of consciousness of morality construction, and suffer from a lack of effective governing measures and approach to solve the problem of college students’ network moral disorder behavior. Based on the full grasp of the current situation of the college students’ network moral disorder behavior in China, using the relevant theories of public management, this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of college students’ network moral disorder behavior and puts forward the counter measures against the problems.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly defines and introduces basic concepts and theories related to college students’ network moral disorder behavior. Based on parsing the concept about college students、network morality、network moral disorder behavior and college students’ network moral disorder behavior,this paper puts forward the theoretical framework,using some theories, which include motivation theory, attribution theory, synergy governance theory, incentive theory.The second part comprehensively analyzes the current situation of college students’ network moral disorder behavior. This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of current governance of college students’ network moral disorder behavior.The third part analyzes the real performance of college students’ network moral disorder behavior. Based issuing a lot of questionnaires, doing mathematical statistics analysis, and observing status quo of college students’ network life and network morality currently, this part analyzes realistic influence caused by college students’ network moral disorder behaviorThe fourth part analyzes the formation mechanism of college students’ network moral disorder behavior. This part firstly analyzes the social ecological environment of college students’ network moral disorder behavior, and analyzes the source of basic motive of behavior under that environment, and refines the formation mechanism of behavior on the basis of the internal and external attribution.The fifth part puts forward the guidance methods of college students’ network moral disorder behavior. According to different stages of the process of college students’ growth, This part put forwards to build governance environment, which takes the government and the media as the leading factor; and also enhances the moral construction of college students in basic youth stage, which takes family and as the leading factor. At last, to realize college students’ network moral construction in higher education stage, which takes colleges and college students as the leading factor.
