As a newly media, the Internet provide a mass, convenient, fast and safe service that has changed human beings life. However, it is a double blade sword that bring a new problem while benefit the whole of mankind. It is noteworthy that moral quality of university student in net society has been paid increasing more attention in university.The Internet is a more important channel for obtaining new information and communication. Nevertheless, immature students are lack of clearly understanding and reasonable preconceived judgments while surfing the Internet. The advert information has severely affected the healthy development of students both physically and mentally so that causing the problem of the network ethical standards, such as trivialization of moral sensibilities, substandard moral behaviors, apathetic sentiments of ethics, and behavior of morality conflicts with moral practice.University students play an increasing important role within the net world and their moral quality in net society has strongly influence the moralities construction. To solve the problem of ethical standard will act an active role in developing the Internet environment, maintaining network order and enhancing student's moral quality. Therefore, this paper is based on investigate the present situation of network ethical standard among university students. The author analyzes the possible causes of the existing problems in order to put forward feasible the path of solving and measure as a result.To promote the network moral quality is a complex and integrated dynamic progress that carries on a reversal change step by step in a planned and targeted qualitative project. With the broad field in theoretical issue and different researches from the purpose, the idea and the method, the practical guidance has shown different effectiveness. In order to match the theoretical research with the real practice, the author holds the three key elements under the direction of practical guidance. Firstly, be adhering to historical materialism. It will work out a targeted enhancing strategy by tight coupling with national conditions. Secondly, be following a realistic and pragmatic approach. During the research process, it adheres to the ideological guideline of emancipating the mind, expands the ideas and encourages putting new ideas into practice. Thirdly, be persisting on solving problem from the real practice. By solving the specific problem in current moral quality of university network, it pays more attention to the application of theoretical research and effective theoretical results.This article consists of three parts, the introduction, the body, and the conclusion.The first part introduces a moral quality in the university network. It constructs a trinity system of network ethical criterion through self-discipline, cautious behavior in according with the law and technical security. By optimizing the well network environment, it demonstrates a realistic magnificence for improving university network moral quality. The author starts from explain the existent problems in network moral quality and then tries to find out the real meaning.The related analyzing of university student situation on network moral quality illustrates the second part. The level of network moral quality from university student has been upgraded at an unprecedented speed since an increasing attention on it. However, the whole target of moral quality construction is different from the present condition. The author believes that it mainly reflects in four aspects. The first is network technology. The second is unperfected network system of moral standards. Then is the reason of university student self-condition. The last reason is reflected on a whole system among the social, the university and the family.The last conclusion works out effective strategies for improving the network moral quality level. Under the new circumstances, the moral quality of students should be according to the reality and to be aware that there are things must be done and things must not be done. On the other hand, to adjust and optimize the strategy, to promote the coordination between the network culture and social development, to ensure towards the great objective from the General Secretary Hu Jintao's report on the 17th National Congress of the CPC that "Strengthening and managing the Internet culture construction, creating a well network environment". The author considers that there are three portions to develop network moral quality of university students innovatively and perfectively. One is strengthening the network of moral education. The other two aspects are improving the moral self-integrity and reinforcing the network supervision and management.In conclusion, the paper explains the inner linked relationship among of'network moral qualities','moral cultivation','network moral education' and 'network monitoring and management'. It analyzes the reasons on status of network moral quality of university students, and ultimately makes the strategies and methods to improve the students'moral quality of the network. The author hopes it can help to enhance the research level of moral quality in the net society and gives some suggestion for implementation.
