The folk art has been existed with people’s basic necessities of life for thousands years.It expressed the thinking mode and the philosophical concepts of generations of Chinese people. And came into kinds of folk art forms. The memory of childhood is the source of folk art. The traditional folk culture is the precious spiritual treasures to nourish the flok art. So that it could last continually. As the Agrarian age past and the modernization process improved, the people have strong desire to the spirit of traditional folk culture. How to protect and develop the tradional folk culture is always our research subject. The folk art is a kind of skill and even a thinking mode, by which the chinese people have expressed their thinking concept for thousands of years.The education as the spread platform of knowledge and culture is one of the way to learn traditional culture. Relying on education, finding out the strategy and the way to inherit the folk art is the duty of art educator. The folk art could be well known with the help of effective schemes and paths.Inheriting the traditional culture strarts from the young kids to make sure the traditional culture could be passed along.The article aims to analyse the similarities between folk art and children art shape and take use of it to carry out teaching practice. To think over and talk about the effective inheriting ways in the practice. We can take the Paper Cutting as the center and lead different kinds of folk art feature. Standing on the course and using school activities to establish folk art shape system. It influnces students deeply and improves their moral character.
