Current Situation And Problems Research Of Primary And Secondary School Counseling Agencies

Primary and Secondary school tutoring as a supplement in the form of school education system, which effectively meet the needs of the diversified and individualized education forms, it plays an important influence in the development of education in primary and secondary. Now, schools like school counseling agencies mushroomed, developed very rapidly. However, compared to formal schooling, which has a market, concealment, non-normative and other features, allows us to control all of their observations and there are some difficulties. Therefore, it has strong theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on the primary and secondary school counseling agencies.The author conducted a comprehensive investigation of primary and secondary school counseling agencies in Loudi LouXing district. Through these three counseling agencies conducted a questionnaire survey of 150 students, interviewed with some parents、teacher、principals, combined the author’s own experience, the current situation of the development about primary and secondary school counseling agencies in Loudi LouXing district was analyzed and described. At present, the primary and secondary school counseling agencies in Loudi LouXing district widespread have teaching of varying quality, management is not standardized, featureless and other issues.For its problems,from the lack of relevant laws and regulations, the management of the coordination of various departments is not enough; counseling agencies over focus on their own economic interests, the lack of effective management; social public supervision consciousness is not strong, the strength is not enough to make a analysis of the causes. Finally, with the actual situation, put forward the corresponding solution strategies:government should strengthen macro-control efforts, effectively regulate off-campus tutoring market; counseling agencies should strengthen self-construction, improve internal management, innovative educational concept; we should step up publicity efforts to increase public awareness, give full play to the supervisory role of the public.
