Since physical examination scores in the mid-term exam score, physical examination project teaching has become now very important content of teaching in junior middle school sports teaching, it also makes more and more people pay attention to the subject "sports", schools and parents to sport also pay more attention to the subjects and to improve the status of physical education in junior high school teaching. Physical examination helps to strengthen the implementation of the junior middle school sports work, to promote the development of sports of junior high school has played a positive role, but also caused the society, school, parents of junior middle school students physical health care.Under the background of this thesis to physical examination situation of junior middle school sports teaching in Handan city as the research object, according to research needs, choose the Handan city junior high school: Handan city no.11 middle school,Handan city no.23 middle school,Handan city no.25 middle school,Handan city no. 27 middle school,Handan city no. 28 middle school of this five junior high school as the research object, and in those five random sampling the 100 grade students in junior high school. The research methods of this article USES literature method, observation method, mathematical statistics, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and logical analysis. To the situation of physical examination in handan city, Handan city mid-term exam sports teaching present situation, the situation of junior middle school sports teaching in Handan city, Handan city mid-term exam sports influence of Handan city junior high school physical education teaching, examination of Handan city sports project of Handan city junior high school students, and so on and so forth in detail the influence of the investigation and study, and will get the detailed field survey data analysis, found that there were problems, then according to the research conclusion, put forward feasible suggestion, in order to further improve the physical examination this evaluation model, providing theoretical reference and practice basis for effectively. The conclusions of this study: 1、Handan city most of the junior middle school leadership and the junior middle school physical education teachers because of too much emphasis on physical examination result, the junior middle school sports teaching focus is concentrated on the examination of sports teaching and training of the project, ignoring the other junior high school physical education teaching contents, thus ignore the cultivation of junior middle school students comprehensive physical quality development. 2、Handan city junior high school physical education teaching contents are too single, junior high school only carried out in addition to the physical examination project such as track and field, basketball, volleyball, broadcasting gymnastics junior middle school sports teaching content outline of these regulations. These traditional sports project, can not meet the junior middle school students the psychological demand for sports diversity, is not conducive to cultivating students’ interest in sports participation, unfavorable to students form the good habit of taking physical exercise consciously. 3、Most of the junior middle school sports teaching site in handan area is small, sports equipment and are scarce, the richness of the junior middle school sports teaching contents in the development of the students participate in sports enthusiasm is not high, the P.E. classes boring, seriously hindered the development of junior high school physical education. 4、Handan city mid-term exam sports and the connection between the junior middle school sports teaching content is not quite close together, should pay attention to the each other between the two fusion, penetration, makes the physical quality of junior middle school students get comprehensive development. 5、Handan city junior high school physical education teachers for physical examination project teaching method is single, not enough variety, but also lack of innovation consciousness, should be more from thinking about how to improve the junior middle school students physical education learning interest in this aspect.
