Investigation And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Parents' Sports And Health Awareness Of Junior High School Students In Huai'an City Under The Background Of Additional Physical Education Examination In Senior High School Entrance Examination

At present,the physical examination of high school entrance examination has been popularized all over the country.The implementation of the sports test has a positive impact on the physical health of many students,but most of the positive influence comes from schools.The healthy growth of students is not only the responsibility of the school,but also the responsibility and obligation as parents of students.Therefore,the importance of students' parents' cognition of the physical examination and sports health in the high school entrance examination is highlighted.This study mainly investigates the awareness of sports,sports and health of the parents of junior high school students in Huaian City under the background of the system The cognition of school physical education discusses the cognitive state of middle school students' parents' sports and health through the related research,which provides reference for the formation of students' parents' support,participation in school sports work and promoting students' good physical health atmosphere,provides certain theoretical basis for the follow-up related research,and lays a solid foundation for the cultivation and development of students' parents' sports and health awareness Solid foundation.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review and interview to collect the documents and materials needed for this research,and collects a large number of data through questionnaire survey.Spss21.0 and excel are used to analyze and process the collected data.The logical methods of comparison,induction and synthesis are used to find out the deficiencies of family members in sports and health awareness,and then relevant research conclusions are put forward to give reasonable suggestions Suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:1.The parents of junior high school students in Huaian City have a clear understanding of the system of physical education examination,mainly the parents of the students in grade two and grade three,but they have not formed a correct cognitive concept and lack active understanding of school sports2.Parents' lack of sports knowledge reserve,lack of sports knowledge and professional skills,can not correctly guide children's sports health education.3.Parents' health performance on behavior that needs to be changed through exercise is far less than some simple health cognition such as disease prevention and psychological adjustment,and lack of correct health cognition concept.4.Parents' motivation for physical exercise is not strong,lack of scientific exercise methods and plans to guide their own sports,so that parents' participation in sports is not highThrough the research,the following suggestions are obtained:1.In terms of cognition of the examination,parents need to establish a correct concept,understand the purpose of the implementation of sports entrance examination,and actively understand the relevant contents and knowledge of school sports,so as to create a good and healthy sports environment for their children.2.Parents should pay attention to and understand sports knowledge,so as to enhance their sports professional skills,give children correct guidance,and create a good sports learning environment.3.Parents need to continue to explore the concept of health cognition,through the promotion of their own concept of health cognition,in order to create a good environment and atmosphere of health education for children.4.Parents need to pay attention to physical exercise and participate in sports exercise,and also need to consciously master and use scientific and correct exercise methods to achieve the best effect of sports on physical health.
