College students are the major subject and essential component in higher education. The growth of college students casts a great effect on the development of higher education. The learning attitude of college students influences the quality of their study. Furthermore, the learning results and individual capability of college students directly affects the quality of higher education and its development in the long run. As the ability of mankind, the good learning attitude plays an important role in people’s living and studying once it has been shaped in people’s mind. The learning attitude of college students is changeable. It changes depending on the external environment and self unremitting efforts. It is important to provide college students a benign external environment that is beneficial for their study and growth. In the meantime, the significant factor in changing the learning attitude of college students is to improve their comprehensive quality.This paper sets students from several Shaanxi colleges as the major research object, and takes advantage of empirical research methods in order to get a comprehensive understanding of the learning attitude of college students on a whole. According to the detailed investigation materials and data, this paper analyzes factors affecting the learning attitude of college students in different aspects. It also draws conclusions on those major factors based on in-depth studies of survey and individual interviews. In the end, this paper finalizes reasonable policies and measures accordingly. Using management, pedagogy, organizational behavior studies, psychology and other theories as guidance, the theory of ideological and political education as a starting point, this research, with utilization of a variety of research methods, gives a systematic and comprehensive discussion on the learning attitude of current college students. This study not only offers a new reference for the study of psychology of college students, but also sheds a light on the development of different education modes of cultivating college students. In addition, this study benefits in providing a reference in improving college students’ qualities and their learning attitude.
