Research On The Socialization Of Logistics In Colleges And Universities In Our Country

The quality of service in Colleges and universities has been a common problem in the development of colleges and universities in our country. In order to keep the development of the University from 1999, China has started a large-scale reform of the university logistics, the main direction of social formation in order to reform. In the tide of reform, the major colleges and universities in our country to meet their own long-term development as the basis to select the actual situation and the logistics management model. After the reform of the university rear service management, the transformation of the university rear service management in the past simple welfare nature, gives the logistics management more flexibility and vitality, better service to the majority of teachers and students.Different colleges and universities in different geographical environment, in the economic, cultural, social background, the impact of the differences in the requirements of logistics services and management requirements are different, so in the choice of management mode should be adapted to local conditions. In recent years, with the continuous development of the logistics service reform, the logistics service quality of each university has been improved obviously, many problems have been solved, but also greatly promoted the development of higher education in our country. But it can not be ruled out in other areas, there are still some ideas, reform system, policy, personnel and reform can not match the situation, so that to promote the reform of college rear service socialization still need to overcome some difficulties. The object of this paper is Zhengzhou University, in recent years, Zhengzhou local economic development is rapid, but the local government to the local university logistics construction is not very seriously, because the investment is insufficient, the basic facilities and policies are not very good with the reform of the university rear service socialization reform, and even the local logistics market reform and development, only some one and a few work get attention, priority development, development is not comprehensive enough. Because of the pace of the reform of the logistics socialization and the other regions, Zhengzhou University in the logistics service and other local colleges and universities lack of competitiveness, but also indirectly affect the students. In order to ensure the development of higher education in Zhengzhou, it is necessary to explore a new mode of logistics management.Taking Zhengzhou University as an example, this paper discusses the implementation of the reform of logistics socialization in Colleges and universities. First of all, the reform of the logistics socialization in our country is reviewed, and the achievements of our country in the reform of the logistics socialization in Colleges and universities are summarized. And then, the logistics socialization management mode and the logistics management mode of foreign universities in our country are compared, and the problems and reasons of the socialization of logistics management in Colleges and universities are analyzed. This paper focuses on the regional logistics management mode, which is based on the comparative advantage and regional economic advantages of a new model of university logistics management, this paper will be the Zhengzhou University as the research object to explore the applicability of this logistics socialization management model.The innovation of this paper is to introduce the relevant theory of economics to the social management mode of university logistics, based on regional connection, to optimize the existing material and personnel resources in Colleges and universities, to form a scale of university logistics service enterprises, to break the original model of a school, and to improve the professional level of logistics services, better service to the vast number of teachers and students.
