Study On Innovation Management Mode Of University Logistic Socialization

In order to break the constraints or "Bottleneck" of the rapid development of Chinesehigher education，university logistics service reform has been taken place vigorously since1999. According to the school’s actual and development, colleges or universities try to choosethe mode of our requirements logistical services. This mode can change the kind of purewelfare nature of the previous administrative mode, and the logistics management andlogistics services may become more flexible and more vigorous and vitality. For colleges anduniversities, the choice of logistical service model depends on their actual development, thelevel of economic development in the area, logistics management concepts and logisticsmanagement level. Moreover, there is a deep level of interaction between the logisticsmanagement and the logistics service support capability. University logistics socializationreform not only brings the great changes of the university’s logistics infrastructure, conditionsof service and service environment, but also makes the level of service and supportcapabilities improve greatly. However，there still exist some aspects, such as the reformideas, policies and measures, system and mechanism, personnel quality, and marketenvironment, which do not fit the logistics socialization reform. To deepen the logisticssocialization, some problems are needed to be solved.Take Nanyang area as an example, with the rapid development of nanyang areaeconomic, under-investment for logistics socialization by the local government, and thedifferent natures of the students in these colleges and universities, the actual process oflogistics socialization reform don’t fuse well with the corresponding reform measures. Thereform of the logistics market has not been all-round development, only one or severallogistics service works are highlighted. Thus, the logistics competitiveness in each college isnot strong, and the logistics socialization reform is affected in this area. Therefore, in order tobetter services for education scientific research of colleges and universities in Nanyang, it isnecessary to study the innovation management model of logistic socialization.In this paper,firstly the course of development and the achievements of Chinese universities logisticssocialization reform are summarized, and the existing problems and reasons are analyzedbased on the study on the socialization of logistics management model at home and abroad. Secondly, a new model of University Logistics Management-Regional University LogisticsServices Organizations Corporation is to be built through analysis existing model. And theobjectives and principles, direction and ideas, as well as the evaluation system of the newmodel construction are proposed. The construction of new model focuses on the advantage ofthe comparative advantage in economics and regional economics. Finally, the UniversityLogistics management mode in Nanyang area is analyzed as a case study, Some analysesabout the possibilities and prospects of the new model of the implementation of variouscolleges and universities in the Nanyang region are also given. And the applicability of theregional logistics management mode construction is studied further.To build the new model of University logistics management, the economics ofcomparative advantage is taken into the University logistics management mode. On the basisof geographical advantages, the existing personnel and resources are optimized andreorganized in the closed connected colleges in a city or area. And a large service logisticsservice company is formed in the region, which can break a school logistical original mode.The new model make the logistics management services be more professional scale andscientific, and the study on this mode has some theoretical significance and practical referencevalue to the management mode innovation research of logistics socialization in colleges anduniversities.
