In an international exchange of agricultural technology more and morethorough environment, this kind of open system to provide a higher stage,Chinese agricultural internationalization market corresponding, the overall development of agriculture, China all crops, the circulation of agricultural products has also brought a great impact.In this paper, the endogenous development theory, externality theory,education theory, the agricultural extension theory, communication theory,motivation theory, human capital theory, the cooperation theory as a foundation, built the Logistic model, and then to the teachers’ part of Agricultural University as an example,Willingness and affecting factors from the perspective of empirical analysisof College Teachers’ participation in extension of agricultural technology,analysis by using the method of questionnaire, combining quantitativemethod (Logistic model),Since 2011 669 effective questionnaires, Shenyang Agricultural Uinversity, Northeast Agricultural University, China Agricultural University,Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, Nanjing Agricultural University and other agricultural universities do as samples, the main study object for university teachers engaged in agriculture related majorsin agricultural colleges, provide relevant information by investigators,study of College Teachers’ participation in agricultural science and technology promotion will.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:first, the basis theory of the human capital theory in communication, analyze the affecting factors of College Teachers’ participation in agricultural science and technology promotion intention, internal factors, external features of University Teachers’ characteristics influence, followed by constructing a theoretical model;then using the data from a survey on College Teachers’ gender, age, title and other descriptive statistical analysis; then the influence factors of Logistic regression model in the popularization of agricultural science and technology on the willingness of teachers in Colleges and universities for quantitative analysis;finally, analysis, draws the conclusion and puts forward the feasible suggestions.In this study, through research and analysis the following conclusions:Through the statistics and analysis the research sample survey ofteachers in Colleges and universities, the college teachers participate inthe popularization of agricultural science and Technology College Teachers of higher willingness; male, young teachers, low level of education, married, titles, such as medium to promote the willingness of participating in the extension of agricultural technology is relatively high,these factors have more influence positive for college teachers participate in the promotion of agricultural science and technology will.Through the empirical analysis of Logistic model obtains, is greatly influenced by gender, age, education, job title, the type of teaching,administrative work, individual time is abundant, the incentive mechanism,government incentives and other factors of university teachers on teachers in Colleges and universities in the popularization of agricultural science and technology will;College teacher’s marital status, school funding adequacy, the government for the realization of personal ambition, project, projectimplementation needs significant mechanism, scientific research and teaching need 6 variables on college teachers participate in the popularization of agricultural science and technology will have nosignificant effect. In view of the above conclusions, this paper finally puts forward some helpful to the feasibility of views and suggestions to improve the college teachers’ participation in agricultural science and technology promotion will.
