Analysis On Teachers' Troop Construction Of Agricultural Extension Master Education

Agricultural extension master specialized degree is to adapt chinese economic development and social development, especially for the development of agriculture, the forest, the herd, the fishery. Its objective is to cultivate applied, multi-skill and top-level professionals and solutes sustainable developed actual problems of the agriculture, the forestry. Comparing with agronomy master, chinese agricultural extension master specialized degree education is late. To enhance the quality of agricultural extension master education, we must construct an enough, high- level and applied teachers' troop.First, this research elaborated the background, the goal and the significance of troop construction of agricultural extension master education, as well as domestic and foreign research present situations.on the base of the connotation and the substantive characteristics of agricultural extension master education .The article analyzes essence of agricultural extension master teachers.These conclusions provide the rationales for researching teachers' troop construction of agricultural extension master education later.second, this research analyzes the present situations of teachers' troop of agricultural extension master through the literature way, the questionnaires and the interview way. The research includs these content:the quality of agricultural extension master education and the importance of teachers' troop:the basic structure of teachers' troop;the construction of curriculum system and the teaching situation of teaching teachers; the instructs situation of teachers as well as the management present situation of teachers' troop.on the base of the rationale and the present situations investigation analysis, this research proposes the strategic targets and the patterns of teachers' troop construction of agricultural extension master education. this research attempts to draw up the choosing and inspection evaluation criteria of teachers' troop of agricultural extension master education on the foundation of generalized analysis of the first several chapters. At last, proposes the countermeasures and the suggestions of teachers'troop construction of agricultural extension master education mainly from the understanding, the structure, the training and raising, the incentive mechanism as well as extracurricular teachers' construction.
