Experimental teaching is an important way to cultivate innovative talents,and a very important part of physical teaching is demonstration experimental teaching.Demonstration experiment can not only stimulate students' interest in learning,but also help to cultivate students' thinking ability.With the reform of the new curriculum,physical experiment teaching pays more and more attention to the core quality of students.The achievement of the core literacy goal puts forward higher requirements for teachers.These requirements should be implemented in their own specific and dynamic teaching behavior.Therefore,it is very important to study the demonstration experiment teaching behavior of physics teachers.The research on the teaching behavior of physics teachers in China is mainly about the optimization of teaching behavior and the promotion of teaching strategies,but there is no research on the teaching behavior of physics demonstration experiment.What are the characteristics of physical demonstration experiment teaching behavior,how these characteristics affect the effect of physical demonstration experiment teaching,and what are the influencing factors of physical demonstration experiment teaching behavior.Based on Constructivism education theory,humanism teaching theory,physics experiment teaching theory and teachers' professional development theory,this paper makes a comparative study on the demonstration experiment teaching behavior of novice and expert high school physics teachers by using investigation research method,classroom observation method and interview method The differences in the process of experiment introduction,operation and interpretation.It is found that: in the demonstration experiment teaching of physics teachers,the proportion of novice teachers' teaching behavior is higher than that of expert teachers,and the proportion of expert teachers' guiding behavior and evaluation behavior is higher than that of novice teachers;both novice and expert teachers attach more importance to the demonstration experiment principle and the explanation of demonstration experiment equipment,and expert teachers attach more importance to the demonstration experiment teaching and performance than novice teachers Both novice and expert teachers are used to guide students to describe experimental phenomena and evaluate experimental results.According to the comparison results,the author puts forward the following research suggestions: to avoid the failure of physical demonstration experiment,pay attention to the safety of physical demonstration experiment;pay attention to the design of physical demonstration experiment teaching,improve the logic of teaching;actively participate in the physical demonstration experimentteaching competition,optimize the teaching behavior of demonstration experiment,etc..
