Combined with the theoretical analysis of the teaching concept and the physicalexperiment teaching situation in the context of the new curriculum, through questionnaires,interviews and classroom observation, this paper investigate the concept of experimentalteaching on novice and expert high school physics teacher.The survey results show that there is a big gap between the novice and expert teachers intheir physics experiment teaching concepts and ideas advocated by the new curriculum. Boththe novice and expert teachers can’t realize all the status and goal of the physics experimentteaching. Both the novice and expert teachers have a correct understanding of the teachers’roles and the differences of student in physics experiment teaching, but they can’t transformthe concept for the effect of their tacit knowledge. Their physics experiment teachingconcepts still remain in the original perception.To transform the the experiments teaching concepts of teacher, I propose the followingsuggestions: Strengthen the training of the pedagogy and the psychology to improve theattainment of the basic theory.Strengthen the theory learning of physical experiment teachingand the related theory. Introduce a new training mode to promote the transformation ofexperiment teaching theory. Improve the evaluation system of experimental teaching.Encourage the teacher to realize their tacit experimental teaching concept. Strengthen thecommunication between the colleague to improve their experimental teaching concept.Stimulate the subjective consciousness of teachers,.
