In the mid 1960s’, the former USSR educators and psychologists create question teaching method becoming self-contained and innovate, rising from experienced level to theoretical level. Question teaching method is this kind of teaching method that can not only make the students grasp the knowledge effectively, but also can improve the students’inquiry ability and questioning ability. What’s more, it can exercise students’ thinking ability like logic and innovation. This method presents knowledge in the form of a problem, students can acquire knowledge and recognize the world by sloving problems. In this way, students’learning ability has a strong continuity and development, and can really integrate into the modern quality education in the new teaching concept. All in all, question teaching method is essential in learning chemistry. This paper enriches the theory connotation of question teaching method, delimiting it as "In the curriculum implementation process, teachers guide students use some method like independent, cooperation, and explore to discover problems and try to solve the problem, make students not only learn basic knowledge but also implement three-dimensional target". This paper also detaile the elements of the question teaching method as problem situation, teacher, and students. What’s more, this paper divides question teaching method into direct and indirect. As the same time, the two types are detailed divided.The chemistry concept in senior high school is the foundation of the chemistry knowledge structure, it occupies a very important position in the middle school chemistry teaching. It has always been the teaching key points. Chemistry learning thinking in Senior high school is different from the thinking in Junior middle school. To enable students form a new understanding structure, we must start from the chemistry concept. Chemistry concept learning is not only beneficial to other knowledge learning and chemistry learning thinking construction, but also can deepen students’understanding of the objective facts, to improve the students’logical thinking ability and inquiry ability.This paper firstly defines the concept of Senior high school chemistry, then divides it into seven types:"Experimental terms concept", "Material measurement concept", "Reaction principle concept", "Reaction type concept", "Material composition concept","Material structure concept" and "Material property concept". Finally, it has a brief analysis of each class of concepts and provide a teaching suggestion based on the problem teaching method.Therefore, the question teaching method is applied to the Senior high school chemistry concept teaching. It divide chemistry concept into seven categories, and design different types of teaching cases of chemical concept by using the problem teaching method. These cases improve the thinking link concept by using problem teaching method. Then, the author use these cases in practice experiment. The experimental results show that question teaching method is useful in all kinds of concept teaching. Finally, the author reflects on the lack of research and thinks about the direction of further research.
