Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The National Fitness And Sports Facilities In Shijia Zhang

Background: Health consciousness and fitness demand gradually rise with improvement of social economy in China. Exercise can smooth mental pressure, alleviate fatigue, improve physical levels, so as to improve the quality of life. Function of the public nature of the national fitness sports venues and non-profit fitness venues are not the same, people can choose different fitness places according to their own needs. In the past, the construction of stadiums around the main sports demand for construction, with little regards to public health needs. In order to meet the needs of the growing movement, the urgent need to replenish and open many sports facilities. Affected by the region’s population, customs and habits, project differences, the national fitness stadiums in different construction types.Objective: through the investigation of ShijiaZhang City National Fitness stadium the number, type, distribution, investment funds and other data. Analysis the main development situation and social economic factors, to explore the methods and measures of future development, to the ShijiaZhang fitness industry comprehensive sustainable development to provide theoretical basis and data support.Methods: the statistics analysis of main development situation and social economic factors, the survey data are classified and compared using Excel software is, with charts reflect the distribution characteristics and laws by person coefficient computational economics index and fitness venues related correlation parameter between socioeconomic factors analysis. With the development of social economics status and factors analysis of statistical results by expert interviews, to explore the measures and methods for future development.Results:(1) 8 municipal district in ShijiaZhang, three county-level cities, 11 counties of the national fitness sports venues open to the public: 67.15% sports system, education system is 20.85%, 88.21% other systems; ShijiaZhang sports venues of 54 kinds of types according to the jurisdiction of the distribution of sports venues, each jurisdiction has 3 to 33 kinds field;(2) ShijiaZhang stadiums sports venues per capita area of 1.26 square meters, with the country, ShijiaZhang city, hebei province sports venues per capita area as a standard, compared with the regional sports venues per capita area of ShijiaZhang, there are six area is 1.5 square meters, more than other jurisdictions in 1.26 square meters;(3) the number of 12.45 per ten thousand people have stadiums, have sports venues number 8.83 per ten thousand people in hebei province, ShijiaZhang number 10.63 per ten thousand people have stadiums, ShijiaZhang regions have stadiums number per ten thousand people mainly in the 6-8;(4) the construction of the national fitness sports venues and money: municipal districts of the total money than other districts, municipal districts of the total investment 2.08816 billion yuan, the county’s total investment 773.54 million yuan, the county’s total investment 216.09 million yuan;(5) the ShijiaZhang city GDP, tertiary industry GDP and site number, area, practitioners, fitness path devices were highly significant positive correlation between the number, the correlation coefficient is 0.987 ~ 0.996(P < 0.01), and the per capita GDP index had no significant correlation between related to sports venuesConclusions:(1) the proportion of ShijiaZhang City sports venues are opening to the outside world is not high, but per million people have sports venues number higher than the provincial and national levels;(2) sports type rich, but quantity mainly concentrated in the stadiums of several types of, can’t meet the needs of a diverse population;(3) facility construction capital source gradually reflect multiple channels;(4) stadiums and regional development presents obvious polarization phenomena, the economy and the development of the third industry is the main factors affect the development of stadiums.
