Research On The Strategy Of Small And Medium-Sized Stadiums And Gymnasiums Serving National Fitness In Haidian District

"Without universal health,there is no comprehensive well-off." Meeting the people 's new expectations for health and promoting the building of a healthy China have become a major strategy for General Secretary Xi Jinping's governance,and also a major policy for the party and the country to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.As the people's enthusiasm for participating in sports continues to increase,and the demand for mass sports continues to change,higher demands are placed on the level of sports venues serving national fitness.Small and medium-sized sports venues have gradually become an important place for people to participate in sports.This paper adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field observation method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method,taking the small and medium-sized sports venues in Haidian District as the research object of the national fitness,through the operation and management of the small and medium-sized sports venues in Haidian District.Investigate and analyze the current difficulties and problems in serving small and medium-sized sports venues in Haidian District to serve the national fitness program.Combined with the needs of the masses,make suggestions for how to better serve the national fitness for small and medium-sized sports venues in Haidian District.Through research,it was found that:(1)The types of small and medium-sized sports venues in Haidian District are relatively abundant,with the main mode of independent operation of public institutions,and the construction time span is large;(2)The opening hours,prices,types of venues are quite different,the number of sports events held is small,the managers lack in-depth understanding and learning of concepts such as intelligence and environmental protection,and insufficient consideration for special groups;(3)The needs of the masses and the services provided by small and medium-sized sports venues are still have contradictions.The air quality and hygienic conditions in the venues need to be improved,and the price open to the society is still one of the important factors that affect the masses' choice of venues for exercise.At the same time,the complaint feedback mechanism of the venues is not perfect,and the working attitude of the staff needs to be improved.The study believes that small and medium-sized sports venues in Haidian District should set specific business goals according to their own stage,adhere to the principles of overall consideration,people-oriented and difference,and put forward the following three specific recommendations:(1)The government should coordinate the construction of the small and medium-sized sports venues,at the meantime,encourages social group or company to participate in investment in the construction and operation of small and medium-sized sports venues,creating a professional operation team.Take a differentiated development route.At the same time,encourage the establishment of "alliance" between school sports venues to solve the contradiction between school teaching and opening to the society;(2)Implement the concept of intelligence and environmental protection in the process of small and medium-sized sports venues serving national fitness,establish and improve the safety of venues Service security system,strengthen the public health construction of sports venues,and create a green,environmentally friendly and healthy atmosphere for sports venues.At the same time,actively organize mass sports events and provide richer sports products;(3)Pay attention to the needs of the masses and rely on intelligent means to create a more humane and more comfortable sports venue for special groups such as the elderly and the disabled.Focus on improving the professional quality of the staff and continuously improve the quality of service by introducing a third-party evaluation mechanism.
