Values are the psychological basis of people’s expectations, attitudes and behaviors. People with different values will produce different actions. The formation of values will be affected by many factors. Therefore, how to cultivate the correct values is an important part of moral education research. The eighteen major reports of the party put forward to cultivate the socialist core values in the whole society. Among them, students as builders and successors of Chinese characteristics socialism, the cultivation of socialist core values is particularly necessary. Based on the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students, the socialist core values are mainly reflected in the individual level. That is patriotic, dedicated, honest and friendly. However, at present, there are still some problems in the education of primary school students’ values in our country, which makes the moral education "no location, helpless and incompetent". This paper analyzes the difficulties and causes of the cultivation of socialist core values of primary school students. It puts forward the education way by the integration of school, society, family and the primary school students themselves.This thesis is divided into four pieces.The first part is the introduction. It expounds the background, the research review, the research ideas and methods, the innovations and deficiencies of the topics. At present, our country’s socialist core values education has received unprecedented attention. From the concept, content and cultivation methods of the value concept, the academic circles have made a lot of research, which provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for the cultivation of socialist core values of primary school students. In this paper, on the basis of existing research results, it puts forward the basic principle that should follow the concept of primary. By analyzing the characteristics, problems and causes of the cultivation of students’ values, it attempts to find out the ways to cultivate the values of primary school students.The second part describes the general theory of the primary school students’ values. Value is the standard to judge the value of things. Primary school students’ values are the concept of the formation of a certain kind of relatively fixed in the daily moral cultivation process. The main characteristics of the primary school students’ values include such aspects: from heteronomy to self-discipline; the scene of the cognitive style; the unity of group and individual and the stability and development of the unity. Therefore, it puts forward the principles which the education of the primary school students should be followed. The first principle is teaching students in accordance with their aptitude under the guidance of an identical goal. Different ways should be used according to the different levels and behaviors of the primary school students in the school and the family, So as to promote each person to a higher level. The second principle is the unified of knowledge and action. In the transition period from heteronomy to self-discipline of the child, we should use more guidance than to instill the method. Through Judging by the students’ own views, they can acquire moral development step by step. The purpose is to guide students to form the socialist core values, and then to practice the socialist core values in the practical action. The third principle is the unity of the level and the whole. Adhere to the unity of the whole and the level, the education not only has the level but also the continuity. The fourth principle is respecting students’ main body. With the mobilization of the students, they can exert their subjective initiative. It is a very important principle of the education.The third part introduces the current situations and reasons of the primary school students’ socialism core values. At present, there are many questions in the socialism core values of the primary school students in China. It can be summarized as the follow: the rejection of the primary education on the values, the distortion of pupils’ values and the free of the values of pupils. At the same time, based on the analysis of the crisis, this article focuses on the causes including the one-sided and single moral evaluation mechanism, poor student’s moral education and the absence of family education.The fourth part puts forward the main cultivation ways of the socialism core values. The cultivation way of socialism core values of primary school students must strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness. Firstly, by using the school curriculum, campus culture and extra-curricular activities, we can realize the diversification of the value education carrier; Secondly, the integrated education of school, family, social and the students themselves should be promoted. They should clear about the responsibility of their own and play their respective advantages to form the overall educational effectiveness. Especially, we should pay attention to and improve the family education for family education has a subtle influence on the cultivation of primary school students’ values. Thirdly, the education methods should be diversity which include the development of standardized rules for easy operation, using modern network and other new media, the demonstration of the role model and using growth record bag evaluation method and perfecting the safeguard mechanism. Fourthly, the protection mechanism should be improved, that is, to enrich the educational personnel team, improve the management, evaluation, incentive mechanism and provide adequate funding. The socialist core values should be embodied in the concrete and complete laws and regulations which have the authority of the authority. Only in this way, the values can be recognized by primary school students.In conclusion, the cultivation of the core values of socialism in primary school students is not only an important content of school moral education, but also a systematic project. It needs the multiple interaction mechanism of school, family, society and the students. To form a full range of network moral education, they should take their responsibility.
