| The cultivating of college students’ innovative spirit is the basic requirement of national strategy, also the new ages task of university’s ideological and political education. At present, our colleges and universities have made many achievements in using technology community to train innovative spirit of college students, but there are a lot of shortcomings. In the paper, the theoretical significance and practical significance of college students’ innovative spirit training research are pinpointed, the relevant research results both at home and abroad are analyzed, the constraints of college students’ innovative spirit training of traditional university innovation education are dissected, the feasibility and effectiveness of utilizing the technology community to promote the cultivating of college students’ innovative spirit are studied, the channels and countermeasures of promoting the cultivating of college students’ innovative spirit are proposed, began with feasibility strategy of using technology community to cultivate college students’ innovative spirit, based on sorting out the concept of innovative spirit and school community.The paper is divided into six chapters to analyze and research the strategies of technology community on cultivating college students’ innovative spirit.The first chapter is introduction, in which, topic background, research significance, research status at home and abroad are mainly explained. Innovation is the characteristics of times and the requirement of development of higher education, innovative spirit is the basic elements of creative talents’ cultivating and the requirement of contemporary college students’ all-round development. But the cultivation of the innovative spirit is the most neglected part of the innovation education, the studies had shortcomings on innovative spirit, so the research of technology community on cultivating college students’ innovative spirit has sufficient theoretical and practical significance.The second chapter is the definition of basic concepts and the review of related theories, the connotations and characteristics of technology community and innovative spirit are elaborated. The colleges and universities technology community is an important platform of innovative education, which can stimulate and cultivate college students’ innovative consciousness and ability by using scientific research practice. The cultivation of innovative talents should not only reflected in the raise of innovation ability, but also the cultivating of innovative spirit. Ideological and political education work should take part in the activities of technology community, cultivate students’ innovative spirit by means of man’s all-round development theory and innovative ideological political education methods.The third chapter explains the significance and advantage technology community in the cultivating of college students’ innovative spirit, demonstrates its feasibility. The chapter shows that colleges and universities technology community made outstanding contribution for the innovative talent training in our country, met the requirements of social services, broaden the thinking of ideological and political education. The significance and advantage technology community have basic conditions, teacher support conditions, external funding conditions in the cultivating of college students’ innovative spirit.The forth chapter analyses current situation of the significance and advantage technology community considers ideological and political education as integration of world outlook and methodology, which have important guiding significance for technology community’ orientation, development and specification. The chapter enumerates the achievements in the cultivating of college students’ innovative spirit, such as the enriching of college students’ innovative spirit content, the expanding of the range of cultivation, the improvement of culture conditions. The chapter also analyses the shortages and its reasons in the cultivating of college students’ innovative spirit, for example, focusing on innovation ability and neglecting innovative spirit, outdated education concept, lacking of education method and content, limitation of evaluation mechanism and so on.The fifth chapter is feasibility strategy recommendations of colleges and universities technology community for the cultivating of college students’ innovative spirit. The paper chooses the method of ideological and political education to cultivate college students’ innovative spirit using group mechanics theory and man’s all-round development theory as the research basis, colleges and universities technology community as the platform. Setting up the education idea, innovating education method, perfecting education content, reforming assessment mechanism, strengthening external conditions are proposed to improve technology community in the paper, which can play a greater role to the cultivation of college students’ innovative spirit.The last chapter is the conclusion, in which the limitations of research and the development trend of this issue are pointed out. College students’ innovative spirit is the key elements of innovative talents, which has profound significance on innovation talents training, is system engineering needed the long-term persistence and the continuous reform. Because of the lack of cognitive and practical experience, the work in this paper is just at the beginning stage.
