The education reform should not only focus on the harmonious and all-round development of students now, but also pay a great attention to the overall development of teachers. Teachers’ professional development is an important way to optimize the teachers team and promote the teachers’ professional development. Teachers’ culture is an important part in professional development, it relates to teachers’ survival environment and the quality of education. Because the teachers’ culture can reflect the actual state of teachers in the development, it is a true portrayal of teachers’ life. Moreover in today’s era of cooperation as the theme, cooperative culture will be the mainstream of the development of the teachers’ culture. In order to grasp the true connotation and value, we should systematically analysis the system of cooperate culture. This paper consists of the following four parts:The first part of the paper, through summarizing the contents related to the teachers’ cooperative culture in domestic and foreign countries, analyze its research perspective and direction, and sum up the inadequacies of the study, provide reference and support on this basis of this research.The second part of the paper, through the two aspects of the relationship between the theoretical basis and teachers’ cooperative culture of teachers’ professional development, to further discuss the important relationship between the two, which lays the foundation for the research.The third part of the paper, the research is to take the primary school teachers as the research object on the basis of teachers’ professional development and cultural cooperation, analysis the problem in cooperative culture among primary school teachers, and put forward the reconstruction of cultural cooperation.The fourth part of the paper, through the observation method and interview method of empirical investigation,from the cooperative form, cooperation consciousness, coopert motivation, cooperative time, cooperative behavior five dimensions analysis of the current situation of the cooperation of primary school teachers.The fifth part of the paper, the research is to analyze the primary school teachers in cooperative culture based on the problems, put forward the corresponding optimization strategies for the development of culture cooperation of teachers in primary school, which includes the methods to improve the professionalism of teachers, promote the ability of cooperation, enrich the forms of cooperation, reform the school management mechanism, create conditions for the development of cultural cooperation through multi angle and multi dimensionTo sum up, this study aims to find out the importance of cultural cooperation and development strategy of professional development from the perspective of teacher professional development on the basis of the present situation of primary school teachers cooperative culture comb, place high value on the teacher development of the cultural environment and the autonomy of the professional development, hoping to provide reference for the development of cultural cooperation.
