It is an effective way to achieve the development of professional teachersof primary and middle schools in information society with IT. It mainly refer to the model of the professional development and strategies. and the study isbased on the recent practice and theory of earthquake-stricken area Xicheng District in xining, Linze County of zhangye, and Sichuan province. basing on the researched result, the author adopted the methods of literature analysis toanalyze the teacher professional development system and teacher learning principles of technical support, mechanisms of the research results. Under the guidance of blended learning, collaborative knowledge building and group dynamicstheory, the author mentioned the model and strategy system of the teacher professional development which makes use of the technique. In the project practice, the author adopted many methods including questionnaires, case observation,interviews and survey research methods teachers interact with content analysis,social network analysis to testify modify and improve the model and strategy system, which brings about the new discovery and breakthrough to the characteristics and law of teachers’ professional development of technique supporting.First, the author has had a preliminary understanding of the process of theteachers’ professional development, through analyzing the connotation of teacher professional development, teacher professional development, theoretical orientations, and promoting the model of teachers’ professional development. On thebasis, the author analyzes and summarizes the fact of the teachers’ professionaldevelopment and the main problems which teachers are facing. And the author finds the problems that teachers’ status of teachers has not been improved, and the professional level is not high, urban-rural differences, teachers’ continuing education system is imperfect and so on. As for these problems, the author studies the possibility of realizing the great improvement in information age, which forms the support of tools and material the technology, extend the connotation of teacher professional development, and offer the new ways and the recognition of choice.Secondly, from the perspective of philosophy and cognitive psychology, theauthor studies the inner system of inner mechanisms and the teachers learning activities in technical environment, and puts forward the main factors of affecting the learning, including learning needs and motivations, learning communities of practice learning environment and resources, and professional understanding, professional practice. Among these five elements, the professional practiceis the core element. The author thinks the learning of teachers is personal and social, distributed and situational if teachers’ learning is embedded into the active system field. If the teacher learn and act in the related to the real scenario, if the teacher can express themselves freely and recognize themselves making use of all kinds of technique tools, and they can communicate with each other effectively, they can learn and develop their professional knowledge better.Thirdly, on the basis of systematic analysis of the inner mechanism in theteachers’ professional development and technical supporting to teachers’ learning, the author inspects this space, and it means the author puts the cultivation and training and transform of the teachers’ ability in the basic factor and innermechanisms of teacher’ professional development and technique environment tosupport the teachers’ learning. And the author thinks teachers can realize the renovation of the knowledge structure, complement and improvement in the teachers training. Of course they can improve the form and the development of teachers’ study altogether. And they can transform their inner ability of knowledge.there are many ways of transformation, which include teach history research, action research, narrative research, collaborative teaching, teaching reflection,peer support, professional guidance.Fourth, on the basis of a systematic analysis of the status of teachers’ knowledge development in the technology environment, targeted corresponding teachers’ knowledge training, knowledge transformation and knowledge of innovative technologies to support the approach and strategy system, technical support activities leading to hybrid teachers literacy training, technical support ’micro research’ drive teachers’ knowledge transformation and technical support to teachers’ knowledge innovation " are proposed.The mode of "activity-oriented hybrid teacher training" in the technologicalenvironment is the hybrid mode of teacher training in the orientation of the system design of learning activities to carry out inquiry-based learning activitiesand with a combination of the advantages of face-to-face training, online distance training and school-based training under the guidance of the hybrid learning theories. “Micro-research is the process of problem solving by means of teachers’ knowledge training and knowledge transfer mechanisms with the main target of teaching practice that is closely related to teachers’ daily teaching life and hascertain common characteristics and practical values.With “Micro-research” as the main line, teachers’ group knowledge conversionmechanisms are activated, thus contributing to teachers’ professional development.Teachers’ knowledge innovation phase is the highest stage of teachers’ professional development, in which teachers’ organizational from shapes into the team teaching model and becomes a development organization. In this form, teachers constantly reflect on and question their teaching and collaborate to teach around new teaching practice. Teachers collaborate to design teaching resources and teaching programs, to carry out teaching and teaching evaluation, and to explore the methods and strategies to solve the problem.Finally, with two teacher training programs of this strategy system practice and perfection as examples, the researchers analyze and appraise the resultsobtained in practice, the problems found and further revision and improvement.
