With the rapid development of technology in the new era,people pay more focus on the abilities of problem discovering,problem raising,problem analyzing and problem resolving. So,the Mathematical Experiment Teaching came into being, which became a new teaching method with highly approval of recent international community. Reasonable using of Mathematical Experiment Teaching can be not only helpful for students to maintain necessary mathematical knowledge, but also effective in improving mathematical and scientific quality.This paper with five paragraphs studies the new teaching method, Mathematical Experiment Teaching, which practice in junior middle school. The first paragraph mainly discusses the background, significance and research methods of my topic, and then analyses the literature relating to Mathematical Experiment Teaching. The next paragraph elaborates the theoretical basis of Mathematical Experiment Teaching after defining the concepts between Mathematical Experiment and Mathematical Experiment Teaching, then discusses the significance, characteristics and necessity in junior math teaching of Mathematical Experiment Teaching. As for theoretical basis, I principally elaborates the enlightenmentand instructive significance to Mathematical Experiment Teaching from the concepts of Compulsory Education Mathematics New Curriculum Standard, Constructivism Theory, Education Thought of John Dewey’s “Learning by Doing”, Modern Teaching Theory. The third paragraph classifies the mainly patterns of using Mathematical Experiment Teaching according to different classification criteria, and simply describes different patterns of Mathematical Experiment Teaching by examples, then sets up Mathematical Experiment Teaching pattern. The fourth paragraph makes practical study for the new Mathematical Experiment Teaching i.e. Calculators and Educational Solutions,and makes comparative study between Mathematical Experiment Teaching and Traditional Teaching accordance with three classes from junior ones. Finally the last paragraph draws a conclusion by comparing and analyzing that Mathematical Experiment Teaching is a advanced and viable teaching pattern in recent time, which is benefit for students to form correct view of mathematics and contributes to cultivate the good learning methods such as active participation, cooperative study and diligent thinking and also greatly promotes the development of intelligence and non-intelligence factor.Meanwhile, it calls for teachers to rethink modern teachingpattern so that realize the integration of Mathematical Experiment and Traditional Mathematical Teaching.
