August 9, 2014, "the State Council on promoting the reform and development of tourism," carried forward an explicit proposal of patriotism as the core national spirit and reforms and innovation as the core spirit of the times, to actively cultivate and practice socialism core values, then made clear that research study travel, summer camps, winter camps, etc., are important carriers of adolescents patriotism and revolutionary tradition education, national education, to enhance students’ understanding of nature and society, and develop their social responsibility and practical abilities. Tourism market which related to this is booming, but research on status and trends of schoolchildren tourism market under the background of the core values of socialism is not yet ripe. Thus, the author want to observe and summarize from long-term concern and personally full participation in schoolchildren tourism activities and expand students study design and empirical analysis, hoping the researches to be improved and added.Taking the development of the primary and secondary patriotism tourism market for the study, and the schoolchildren of Hunan tourism market for example, the relevant theory and literature review as a guide,the author launched a sample survey among the schoolchildren who participated in summer camp.Firstly launched empirical analysis one by one like reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, hypothesis inspection and comparison of means, correlation analysis, IPA analysis, then analyzed the reasons for lack of the development of the primary and secondary patriotism tourism market from five levels which were the national policy support, family involvement, school organizations, social and cultural environment, business operations, finally fromfive levels of the state, the family, the community, schools, businesses to propose a solution workable for the development of the primary and secondary patriotism tourism market.
