In 2001, "the full time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard"(experiment draft) was promulgated, the mathematics curriculum reform started. Among them, the decentralization of the right to the proposition in the examination is the most concerned issue. In 2011,the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard was promulgated, which means that the curriculum reform has entered a new stage. Along with changes in the examination of the proposition from centralization to decentralization, there are some differences in the proposition of the test papers. The types of papers are also different, so are the names of the test papers. Generally, the types are divided into the following three categories: The first type of exam is Junior high school graduate level test. It focuses on the evaluation function and the main purpose is to study the students’ mathematics learning level. The second is High school entrance examination. It focuses on the selection and has a high degree of distinction. And the last type is Junior high school graduation and entrance examination. It investigates junior high school students mathematics academic level and the results will be a reference to enroll high school students.In order to meet the requirements of the new "curriculum standards",this essay will discuss whether election function or evaluation functionshould be paid more attention to. Comprehensive subjects are usually considered as a criterion to improve the degree of distinction because of its comprehensive knowledge and the complexity of thinking and the evaluation of the selection function has played a decisive role. Then whether the comprehensive problems conform to the mainstream value orientation of the academic level examination? Does it meet the requirements of the new curriculum? It can provide a stage for the outstanding students’ personality indeed, but is it good for the development of the vast majority of students? In recent years, according to the analysis of comprehensive problems in mathematics academic level test in cities across our country and the study the characteristics and educational value in the research of new curriculum under the background of comprehensive problems of mathematical proficiency exam proposition, some advice combined with the specific case of teaching suggestions will be given in this essay.
