Online education is the way to a new form with the development of network communication technology, computer multimedia technology, digital technology generated, which is the main means of building knowledge economy era system and lifelong learning society, with shared and openness, personalization and autonomy,low cost and fairness. Online education has sparked a concept from education,educational content, teaching methods, educational means to education model, a full range of profound changes in the educational process. Liaoning advertising Vocational College is the provincial education department under the ordinary higher vocational schools. The college set the analog advertising companies, multimedia training classrooms, conference centers and other intelligent simulation training facilities. Since the colleges have vocational, professional and practical, its education can not do without the Internet.In this study, literature research, comparative analysis research methodology and theoretical approach were used to analysis. First, we introduced project management into online education instructional design and curriculum development. We analyzed the scope, schedule, management of the project and other critical elements. Secondly,we described a comprehensive online education instructional design theory, which provided a theoretical basis for the research of online education in Liaoning advertising Vocational College. Specific implementation of teaching was based on the theory of constructivism, such as designing learning resources, arranging regular learning activities. Thirdly, the study analyzed the development of online education path resolution. The method of the present research was to apply Moodle platform with features of open source, free, and easy on the basis of full understanding of the concept, the status quo and development trend of online education. The specificdesign elements- objective design, content design, teaching mode design, resource design, event design, evaluation design and management were studied and elaborated.Online education broke the traditional mode of learning. Combining online education and the traditional practice of teaching, and then compared with the developed countries of basic research on online education, from domestic and foreign institutions of higher learning educational experience network, online education of Liaoning advertising Vocational College is imperative to carry out.For the purpose of testing the project outcomes, it will be used in practice in the courses, and have application in the school of network education. The results of the project will be directly examined by the teaching practice. So this project controlled the effect of the implementation of the focus for teaching as much as possible with operational and practical principle. Finally, the future development trend of online education is prospected. Online education is the need of the time to carry out, but also the inevitable choice of vocational education.
